    Great flavor

    I ordered this item primarily as an electrolyte supplement although the product does specify that it promotes joint comfort. At only two days in, it’s too early for me to notice a difference in my joints (which would certainly be a welcome benefit). But the electrolyte mix is effective in making me feel hydrated and invigorated. I typically use LMNT brand electrolyte supplements and I was eager to test out an alternative. I added a single level scoop of this powder to 16 ounces of water. The directions suggest mixing with only 8-10 ounces but I prefer my mixes more diluted. The taste is zesty and refreshing thanks to the citrus but the mint taste is also noticeable. Overall, I find the flavor to be pleasant and refreshing, a bit like a light lemonade laced with a fresh mint sprig. At $60 per container, this item isn’t inexpensive (approx $2/serving) and it does cost more than the LMNT brand (approx $1.33/serving), hence only four stars. The powder took about 5 seconds to dissolve completely in my 16 ounces of water while being stirred vigorously with a metal straw.

    one level scoop for at least 12 ounces of water

    This is an effective electrolyte drink, and the flavor is pretty good when it’s mixed with more water than the instructions say.I had it with 8 ounces of water, and the flavor was way too intense. Incredibly sharp mouth feel, not tart, not tangy, but … a type of flavor that made me really struggle to drink it.When I mixed it with 12 ounces of water the flavor dramatically improved.It was a much nicer lemonade flavor, with a subtle mint aftertaste.Physically – My lower legs were feeling a little on the verge of maybe wanting to cramp after having worked out. After I took this electrolyte drink, that feeling subsided, which is what I wanted.I also like that, whatever sweetener is used in this electrolyte mix is one that my body digests nicely. I wasn’t excessively shaky afterwards, and I was able to go to sleep comfortably.I think this electrolyte mix works, just remember to mix it with more water though, for a better-tasting flavor.

    Good Taste and Does Rejuvenate

    I’ve tried many sports drinks, and this is one of my favorites. The powder dissolves and mixes well with water. I like the citrus mint flavor with a subtle taste of sea salt, which really quenches my thirst. I try to limit my daily sugar intake, and this has just the right amount of sweetness to me that doesn’t overwhelm other flavors. After an intense workout, 128 Fl. oz. of this really helped me recover much quicker than just water. I also felt less muscle fatigue with this drink compared to just water. I find it taste the best when chilled. It’s rare to find a sports drink that not only tastes good, but also works, and this one does deliver all of that.

    Good product but a couple issues

    Okay so this is honestly a fantastic product but I do have a couple issues with it. Issue number one, it contains sucralose UGH!!! About to sound like a snob but I’m pretty particular about what supplements I put in my body and that’s not what I want to put in there. Make it easily formulate this with monk fruit extract or something else to get rid of that sucralose. Issue number 2, the price! There’s very good electrolyte drinks with similar ingredients that are half the price. Other than those two issues this is actually a well-working product and it tastes great. I would definitely add it to at least 10 to 12 oz of water as it’s very strong in 8 oz. It is very effective though. I’m not sure if it’s something I would reorder if they make it with monk fruit extract I would definitely consider it. Thanks for taking the time to read my review

    Overpriced

    Aside from being exorbitantly overpriced, this is a decent mix. I like the elements in it and that it is all natural. It also tastes pretty good. The price however, does not match the quality and quantity.

    Tastes great

    Great flavor! I have tried out numerous electrolyte brands and flavors and this one is a keeper. It blends beautifully and tastes delicious. I use mine as a workout recovery beverage. As much as I would like this electrolyte power to be on rotation at my house, I am disappointed in the price point and that the brand chose not to third-party test.

    Miracle joint pain reliever

    I love this stuff! I’m on my 2nd or 3rd jar. I began using this along with Collagen from Native Path and Purity Products Joint Gel. Neither of these products relieved my knees pain until I added Xenta Flex. It made a huge difference on the 2nd day I used it! I mix it in water with the others and the taste is lemony. My energy level has definitely increased. And I don’t need to use my cane when I take it. It seems to have a cumulative effect. My only issue (and it’s why I only gave it 4 stars) is the amount of product given for the price. I don’t believe it settled that much in the jar! The picture is when I opened it for the first time. Add more or drop the price!
