Simply put..It works..
Before I begin my review, I’d like to submit this statement..I have written two reviews in my entire life ! This is the second. I do so now because I have had a very positive experience with this product. I’m a mom with four kids and rarely had the time to focus on myself. I turned fifty and with my children fairly self- sufficient, I started to actually think about concentrating on my health and well being. I decided it would probably be a good time to lose a coupla pounds and increase my stamina. I am not a gym person but I increased my physical activity. I lost a few pounds but I felt I had plateaued. I kept hearing about Forskolin but I am a skeptic about introducing unknown substances into my body. The more I researched it I found no known negative side effects and actually positive information about this supplement. I decided I would try it albeit with a skeptical outlook. I began taking them, in addition to moderate exercise. Four baby belly fat..gone ! Increased stamina, appetite control and more muscle definition. Total weight loss in six weeks 22 pounds !!

Big Bang for your buck!
Ok, I’ve been using this product since April and have noticed a significant change in my appetite (no more carvings), in fact I can go hours without being hungry. Also, I’ve losted 5 or more inches all over, I have to wear a belt with my pants or they sag around my hips. As far as actual weight loss, I’ve only lost 10 pounds, but I must admit I don’t take this product everyday, sometimes I forget, I get busy, I have a life. I also don’t take it twice a day as recommended, once again I forget, I get busy, I have a life. Also, I’m far from being hardcore when it comes to the gym, I basically go when I feel like it, although due to my job I get between 8,000 or 14,000 steps a day. But I highly recommend this product if you want to look fantastic in your clothing, get the best sleep of your life, and feel great about yourself. The scale might not move the way you want it to but one look in the mirror and you’ll know it’s working. I believe if I took this product as recommended and went to the gym regularly, my results would be just as successful as the other reviews writen but I believe in doings thing that fit into your lifestyle and this is how it working out for me. I look great and I feel great and for me that’s enough. I will continue to take this product and I’m sure I’ll have even greater results.

So I have tried MANY other supplements for weight loss and appetite reduction and none of them have been much help. I got this forskolin based on the great reviews and decided to give it a shot… I am SOOOO glad I did! Finally!!! A supplement that actually does what it says it does! My constant hunger and cravings has been lowered to a manageable background noise. That’s not to say I don’t get hungry, because I do… I just don’t feel like I am hungry all the time anymore. I don’t crave sugar and carbs like I used to before, and believe me, it was a problem! Since I have started taking this, and I am nearly done with the first bottle, I have lost about 6 pounds! I started out at about 155 and am now down to 149, so 6 pounds is a lot in a month. What I’m trying to say is this crap works!!! If you’re looking for any of the aforementioned effects, I would say you should give it a try… What have you got to lose?(uhh, poundage, duh👍)

It works, with no nasty side effects
It’s about six weeks now, with Thanksgiving intervening. Other than social situations, I have used this with a diet of no sugar and few carbs, and lost ten pounds so far. No starvation–I eat meat, lots of veggies, cheese, nuts, and low-glycemic carbs like sweet potatoes (in moderation), and though I use an air fryer to avoid extremes of fat, I put butter on veggies and sweet potatoes. Stevia is a huge help, and if you look you can now find sugarless candy made with stevia, which does not have the nasty laxative effect of the sugar alcohols that used to limit that support for those of us with an incorrigible sweet tooth to one or two pieces a day. So far I am successfully losing between one and two pounds per week with no additional exercise–which I am incapable of doing. I am very pleased to find something that works! I miss bread, though, and have bought a low-carb bread cookbook. Next job is to get the ingredients and then find time to experiment.

There is some debate over whether or not Forskolin actually works for weight loss, some people claim it does, others claim it doesn’t. My personal opinion and experience is that it can, but don’t expect miracles.I’ve used Forskolin products from several different manufacturers over the years, and when the product is legitimate with quality ingredients, it does give a person’s weight loss a little kick. It won’t do any of the work for you so you have to continue with a clean diet and solid exercise routine. But if you have your nutrition and exercise dialed in reasonably well, then Forskolin can help you squeeze even more results out of them.In addition to the potential weight loss benefits, I’ve also found that it can curb appetite mildly and it can give a little boost to results from a solid weight training routine as well. Again, nothing mind blowing, but a noticeable difference (and every little bit counts towards keeping up your motivation).As for Natures Craft’s Forskolin product, so far it seems like the quality of the ingredients are good. The physical product looks essentially like the picture, and quality of the graphics and label are bright, glossy and professional. The capsules themselves are all consistent with no broken, empty or damaged capsules in the bottle (which to me is a sign of quality manufacturing and quality capsules). The amount of the Forskolin extract you get is excellent as well. Each capsule is 250 mg of Coleus Forskohlii standardized to 20% Forskolin, so a solid 50 mg per serving which is a standard, therapeutic dose.If you’re looking to try a Forskolin product to see if it will work for you, this one is as good as any other I’ve tried over the years. Just make sure you have your diet and exercise dialed in, otherwise you may not see the results it could potentially deliver.

Controls cravings and helps me feel less hungry throughout the dayUpdate: I previously ordered this and found the product to be effective at controlling cravings. However, I recently ordered what I thought was the same Nature’s Craft product again, but the formula must have changed because once I took it, I got a severe headache that lasted the entire day. Tried again the next day and same headache. There must be a proprietary blend for metabolism I suspect to be coffee bean extract or similar which I have found gives me these headaches. I attempted to return the bottle since it wasn’t working for me and I only took two capsules. However, no returns are allowed. Very disappointing, as I have used it in the past and thought it was good, but because of the change and the no return policy, I won’t be ordering from Nature Craft again. I wouldn’t suggest the product if you have sensitivities to green tea or coffee bean extract. These aren’t listed on the label, but something has changed and not for the better in my opinion.

Not sure if it works
Bought this product because I have used Forskolin before and it seemed to work. This product didn’t seem to do anything. I work out 5 days a week, eat below 2000 calories and it seemed to not do anything. The few pounds I lost I contribute to exercise and diet. I thought with the combination I would lose more. Maybe I need to take this product for 2 – 3 months before it works. Overall, it is not a bad product, I just didn’t know if it is working for me.
