I have been meaning to write a review on this great product! Vitamin E skin oil avocada 90 soft gels which I puchased on Amazon. I have used it to rub into my skin after I wash my face and to squeeze about 15 capsules and add about 3 TBSP of olive oil. I heat it in the microwave and then rub it into my hair. I wrap it all up in a nylon cap and let it sit for 3-4 hours. Then I wash my hair. I am so happy cuz now my skin is radiant and my hair is getting thicker! Thanks for such a great product at such a small price!

This Stuff Is Good
I ordered the pink ones (Vitamin E and Avocado) and they are the BOMB! When I first got them I didn’t really use them every day; however I recently started using them daily and I love them. I use them on my skin as well as in my hair and the results are great. My skin is softer and so is my hair. I have 2 more bottles (different ingredients) on the way and I can’t wait to try them.

They arrived to my place frozen because of the horrible cold weather here in KS, I’m not sure what their used for but I used them for my face but seemed a little oily I mean they’re O.k when you mix them with lotion I will use and when I run out I will not be re-purchasing again

I read so many articles on what avocado oil will do for your skin. So I decided to purchase. I love it! Instead of using moisturizer at night like I used to, I just use these and it gives me great moisture that I need at night, and when I wake up in the morning I look fresher and awake. I will buy these again as soon as I run out!

I recently stumbled onto this product. I break the capsule and use it on my face every other day. My skin is prone to be dry and this product helps greatly. I think if used daily it might clog pores. I would suggest using every other day or every three days. Made my skin brighter and smoother. Would buy again. My mother gets dry cracked hands and she used this product once overnight and her hand was moisturized no more cracks. Perfect for the winter months.

I notice the difference when I don’t add the capsule.Just please make sure to keep it in a cool dry place to avoid leaking or damage to the single capsules!
