If you have an mthfr mutation buy this yesterday
I don’t normally write reviews. My psychiatric PA recommended this for my partial mthfr mutation I inherited from my mother. She’s at the point where all medications build to toxic levels in her system and she can’t take anything to treat her conditions. I’m hoping to help her use this product and see the results I have. I’m hoping taking this for the rest of my life will help me not get her heart issues and such in the future. I pray to Jesus that this product is never discontinued.I am very in bed with prescriptions and western medicine. My PCP would prescribe anything and everything to help my 4 mental health disorders. I have been dealing with severe and life threatening mental health issues since I was 12 years old. I’m 27 now. I honestly thought supplements were a bunch of hooey.I was on 2 prescriptions on and off for 8 years that I recently found cause significant drug interactions with the mutation. The interaction probably ruined my thyroid and caused my IBS. I struggle with weight and chronic fatigue/insomnia.This supplement has made me better able to absorb my medications, better able to be awake, and helped me lose 8 pounds in about a month. I’ve been stuck at at 210lbs for over 4 years. I used to weight 140-160. This supplement is helping me access the medications I need to lead a sane life. It has been a building block to getting my life back and being the normal well adjusted person I am.I can not stress enough that this supplement is the reason I am able to get up in the morning while my father is dying of terminal cancer and while I struggle everyday to have a job with 8 chronic conditions.Update 9/25/20I went off this supplement awhile ago due to just mismanagement of my stock. Since this review I’ve lost both my parents and gone on and off large doses of gabapentin and benzodiazepines. The last 2 years were some of the most harrowing times I’ve ever experienced. It’s been pure hell. My goal with this review isn’t to say this magic little pill cured my sometimes train wreck of a life. But it helped so much and I don’t know why I ever stopped taking it after reading this again. Short story, we are all suffering a lot right now and maybe you don’t have the 20 bucks for this pill, but it will help a ton and I really regret going off of it and look forward to regaining some relief again. Miracle for my Autoimmune exhaustion
So this will be a segmented review. I just started this 3 days ago. 1 pill a day per morning. I will update in a few weeks. Im a 50 year old natural health female with undetermined Autoimmune issues.I cannot say how much this is helping me. I suffer from: Autoimmune issues, undetermined. Exhaustion, Acid Reflux complex, Hiatal hernia. falling asleep after food, like hard. I suffer from kidney, back, sacral pain every morning for hours, brain fog, forgetfulness and general malaise and disinterest in anything but getting back home to lay back down. I avoid nightshades, Gluten, dairy, and most processed sugar and food.I read the book “Your genius body” about MTHFR and I decided, well..I clearly suffer from the mutation, because every single issue addressed for MTHFR in that book has plagued me for the last ten years. Chronically. Every single one. So I did not spend the thousands out of pocket to see the Functional Medicine specialist. I read that book, its very science-y but it lead me to this product and I bought it based on reviews. Three days in and I am not falling asleep! Main thing first most important -I am not exhausted. I am feeling brighter and more alert, I have clearer thinking. Is that crazy? But its true. So far so very very good!.Only Con: Probably will change after more of an adjustment period but the first three days at least, I wake up next morning feeling slightly sugar hungover, like a mild headache. And also this has the slight adjustment feeling you get when you start SSRI antidepressant. Only WAYYYY milder than the pharms. Like I took Zoloft several times in my life and there is a turbulent period of adjustment in your actual feeling of your brain? If you get it, you get it, but this has a super mild version of that.Im hoping this continues to be better. If this is feeding my cells in just 3 days I am very hopeful.

MTHFR lifesaver
Diagnosed with MTHFR, I needed the methyl versions of the B vitamins. This one not only the ones I need, but a few extras I need too & it saved me from buying those few extra bottles! (Money in my pocket!) When I took these it wasn’t an immediate 30 min relief for me, it took a few days to feel a difference. But, I did feel a difference! I felt better! I have to admit, the biggest difference I felt was when I ran out and hadn’t ordered more…. My whole body went to ‘pre-B vitamin status’ and I felt like TOTAL crap, comparable to a 50 year old door mat on a hunting cabin front porch, on the side of a mountain that hadn’t seen grass in all it’s years – dirty, wollered on, and meekly.That’s when I knew for sure that these vitamins had been a saving grace. I’ve been taking them since 2017, these exact ones, and I wouldnt change brands for anything. I would often get anemic, have many other health issues, and B12 centers around alot of them, not just my MTHFR. So, thank you to One Elevated for their diligence in this supplement. And to anyone thinking that a more expensive bottle is the way to go, well, it doesnt have all the extra vitamins you need! And the cheaper options, it doesnt have all the extra vitamins you need! Solid choice for Methylated b12
These were suggested by my doctor as I need methylated b12 rather than the normal version. I’ve been taking this brand for years and have been pleased. While I do not notice a significant difference in my energy and focus, I am able to tell that I have a more sustained energy level throughout the day. This brand has always been consistent and on time. It’s a safe bet if you are looking for methylated B12.Additionally, there is little to no taste which is nice.

These are a metabolically active form of Vitamin B9. I’ve been using these for a while now and pleasantly I’ve seen an increase in my B levels on my labs which is great. I’ve been able to stop the B vitamin injections and I feel this is the reason. I could be wrong, but I continue to take these with good result. They don’t have a weird taste, nice size. So, easy to take with liquid.

I didnt notice anything the first couple of times I tried taking this, which was very discouraging. Recently, I decided to do another deep dive into MTHFR to see if the research had found anything new. I ended up finding out I might need more than the usual dose due to being homozygous so I doubled up and hit the sweet spot. My energy was better, my mood was more stable and I was more patient with my kids, and I even had more stamina in martial arts. I definitely recommend playing around with it if you aren’t seeing a difference, of course, be careful not to overdo it. I think my body was running on fumes after dealing with this for so many years unassisted so it needed the extra but not everyone will. It does have a bit of a taste but it is not unmanageable. The size is small and manageable and it is easy to swallow. Overall, it works well if you just find the best dose for you! Wish id figured that out a long time ago so I could’ve been feeling better all along! I did look at other brands that have a few more things in them that support MTHFR but this has a higher dose of folate than they do so it ended up being in my best interest to stay with them and purchase the additional supplements separately (P-5-P and TMG).

I am very satisfied with my order! It has been better than I expected, I legitimately noticed a difference in mood within 30 minutes of taking the supplement on the very first dosage. It was as if this blanket of discontent, subtly residing just beneath the surface, dancing within the confines of my mind was lifted, and all of the side effects that I’ve struggled with daily, as a lifelong sufferer of MTHFR have been alleviated.
