Felt the difference!
I really think this is an amazing value for the money. I lack the MTHFR gene so I need to supplement the nonmethylated versions of vitamins for proper absorption. I could feel the difference within a week of starting to take them. First it was improved mood and focus, and I noticed that I started feeling like I needed my antidepressants and antianxiety meds less which is huge. The pills are easy to take, they are super small and don’t have a taste or odor to them and I don’t have any weird side effects from them. I have felt more energetic and just like my body is much more resistant to getting sick since starting these daily.

I’m only giving 4 stars because these tablets don’t work well with a pill splitter. Don’t buy if you’re planning on splitting into smaller doses. Otherwise I have no complaints.
