    If you are looking for a vitamin that provides basic nutrients, Multivites are the best I’ve tried. There’s no danger of receiving an unhealthy dose of any vitamin. They area made in the US and taste delicious. I never forget to take them, because they’re a treat every morning.

    They taste good and give you most of your vitamins and minerals, no Potassium though.

    You will have to add potassium or eat some bananas…. to get that for your diet. But its a good way to get people to take most of their needed daily vitamins and minerals without a big throat passing hard surface.They do taste fruity too.
