    Lowers homocysteine , and for pregnant women-

    This Folate is Natural, Not the synthetic Folic acid.Some people Cannot take the chemical folic acid, as they have a genetic allergy to it, but NotThis Folate B9.Pregnant women should be taking this for there baby not to have a birth defect, Spinal Bifida.I’m older and take this for my heart to lower my Homocysteine, and to keep it low.These are small , easy to take caps5 stars

    Bluebonnet is a great brand. Methylfolate is needed for people with MTHFR issues.Bluebonnet is a great brand. Methylfolate is needed for people with MTHFR issues.

    I take methylfolate since I can’t metabolize regular folic acid due to my compound heterozygous C677T MTHFR gene status. Bluebonnet is a trusted brand, so this was a no brainer. I was using Bluebonnet supplements for my son around 20 years ago, so this was an easy choice.

    Great supplementGreat supplement

    I’m preparing to get pregnant, so I start taking methyl folate. This one is tasteless and very easy to swallow as you can see the size is pretty small from my posted picture. I can swallow it even without water. The expiration date is long enough before I can finish it.I took this product to my OB and she said this is great for me and 400mcg is good enough. Great supplement!
