This Cata-Kor NMN caught my attention with this sublingual form, which I have not yet tried. With absorption always being the issue with capsule supplements, sublingual delivery usually always means improved absorption, and it eliminates capsule coatings that build up and irritate the digestive system.This powder scoop took about 1 minute, 45 seconds to dissolve under my tongue. Although I avoided this touching my taste buds as much as possible, I did have moments where I winced when I tasted it – it tastes like lime juice. I am a big girl and can handle this if it is going to keep me looking and feeling younger. 😉 I love cilantro, so I am not a super-taster that can’t handle bitter. Overall, this is easier than an injection and more work than drinking it or taking a capsule.I have also taken this with water, and it also tasted like drinking water with lime juice. The powder did not fully dissolve in about 8 oz. of water, so I kept adding water and stirring until I got every last drop of the powder. I think I will stick to sublingual as much as possible, because of increased absorption probability.This Cata-Kor powder checks my important boxes of being Made in the USA, GMP certified, and 3rd party tested. My only skepticism (I highly scrutinize supplement brands/claims) is which clinical trials are they referring to in the product info. I can’t find these anywhere, so I asssume it’s not trials of this particular Cara-Kor product, but trials other supplement brands have run to show that 1000 mg of precursor NAD+ boosts levels. I don’t see evidence that this particular formula was tested clinically and proven effective. So there is an element of hope and trust here that this is the good stuff and will be effective. This came in a well sealed, plastic (☹️) jar, and the serving size scoop is a little less than half a teaspoon.I am into longevity and peptide supplements and injections. I have tried the more expensive NAD+ injections and niagen precursor supplements. Compare to those forms, this is way less expensive, and if effective, it’s the best value I’ve seen.It’s expensive to test NAD+ levels, and it takes time to feel the difference, so I’ll report back if & when I do. When I’ve done injections, I feel a clear boost of energy, I get skin compliments, and I feel mentally sharper, so I know the feeling.

I take multiple different supplements and already take an NAD (top container). While I did not have NMN in my stack, I do not add or take away without reassessing my entire stack so I don’t overlap or take out anything I need or take things that react negatively with each other. With that being said I did just this when starting to take the NMN (this product on bottom container in photo).A few things I like about Cata-Kor products as a whole, they are 3rd party tested and they seem to take pride in the quality of the products they put out. There is also a money back guarantee if you do not like the product. This is why I already have several Cata-Kor products in my daily routine.This product specifically says to take either under the tongue and let dissolve or take diluted in water. I know myself and under the tongue is not my favorite so I did research to see if I could take this with my creatine and there were no known issues so this is how I take it. No issues with taste and it dissolved without a problem. I have been considering taking an NMN already so I was pleased to be offered this one and I do like the product, however, I prefer taking pills over powders if given the choice. I do think that powders can give a better result, it is just a personal preference that I like pill form over powder form.I did take the NAD out of my routine in this case to add the NMN. While I will not be continuing to take this specific version of the NMN, Cata-Kor does have a pill version that I will be replacing both of these products with after I have finished the remainder of these products due to thing I already take now and so I don’t overlap too many products that I don’t need.Overall, good quality product that is easily taken. Price is on par with other similar products and I saw no negative results. I will continue taking NMN with an NAD from Cata-Kor because of this.

I’ve been taking NMN capsules for over a year and decided to try the Cata-Kor NMN Supplement Powder (1000 mg per scoop) as an alternative.After about a week of use, here’s my take. The powder has a slightly tangy taste. It’s noticeable but not unpleasant, and mixes reasonably well into water or juice. The big difference from capsules is flexibility: with the powder you control the exact dose more easily and can adjust how you take it (mixed in a drink vs. swallowing pills). Capsules are more convenient for on-the-go or travel since there’s no mixing or taste, while the powder form is nicer if you prefer to avoid extra fillers or want a pure powder option. It comes with a scoop for the 1000 mg serving, and the 100-serving jar offers good value for longer-term use. So far it has supported my daily energy levels in a similar way to the capsules I’ve used long-term. I have been minful to include as an anti-aging support and have trusted Cata-Kor to deliver an effective product for me. The third-party tested and made in the USA are positive points for me.Still early with the powder compared to my year-plus on capsules, but so far it’s a solid alternative if you don’t mind the slight tang and the extra step of mixing. I love this brand, and I have several of their products including skin care and other supplements. They really made a difference in my skin over time, I decided I wanted to try this out as well. I don’t normally take any type of powders, although I have made protein shakes in the past. This was my first time to try a powders supplement. It comes with a little scoop, and the instructions say you can either let it dissolve under your tongue or dissolve it in water. I have been dissolving it under my tongue, which is not the most enjoyable experience. The powder does have a slight lemon smell and taste, which helped when dissolving it under my tongue. The powder is smooth and similar to powdered sugar. When it dissolves and there is no grainy texture or aftertaste. It can also be mixed with food and beverages making it easy to take in a variety of ways.
