    Great mix of vitamins

    Great mix of vitamins plus iron. No after taste or indigestion or heart burn or any digestive issues of any kind, which is a plus for me. I will continue to buy this one. Glad I found it. I couldn’t take my normal iron supplement any longer it started causing me issues.

    My test prove it out

    I was a bit low in a few vitamins .. doctor prescribed this brand with good results, so i found this version after the prescription ended… my regular tests are staying inline…

    Good for Daily Use

    I haven’t had any grand change taking this multivitamin but it does seem to help me stay awake during the day times as I previously would get sleepy at times while working from home. It also seemed to help during my period, as I usually take iron, but I took this instead, and I was fine. It doesn’t have a strong taste, it’s small and easy to swallow.

    Lower Vitamin D than most multivitamins

    It has less vitamin D than some multivitamins, which is good as I get hives from other multivitimins which contain a high doseage. These are perfect

    There seem to be very few vitamins on the market that contain iron. I have been taking this one for several years.

    I like these because they are inexpensive and have iron in them. They’re easy to swallow because they’re small and I believe they work.
