They do work but you have to take 3 at the time one it’s nit enough
The product is very effective u have been having sleep issues after taking the gummies it doesn’t even take me 20 minutes to fall sleep. Even though it days one gummy 2 or 3 times a day it doesn’t do anything when you take it like that but when you take all 3 at night after a long day and you want to relax this is it and you fall right to sleep once you are super relax. I like it just because after a long day at work and the running around and organizing toy and making dinner a nice a shower and 3 gummies definitely does it for me it doesn’t take me more than 20 30 minutes to fall sleep. Or I can’t actually until like 12 am 1 am. So to me it’s an A+

2 days and WOW!
I ordered these gummies after reading every single review. I’m a researcher so I wasn’t going into this blindly, only to waste money on yet another product claiming to induce “calm.” I’ll keep my review short. The taste, passion fruit, is not my favorite but it’s decent. I am very high strung! I take antianxiety meds and have dealt with GAP, PAD and PTSD for nearly 45 years. Within 30 minutes of chewing 3 gummies, which is the recommended dosage, I felt a wave of calmness come over me. For the first time in years, I had a day with ZERO anxiety! I took them around noon. Later in the evening, I felt them wearing off, about 6 or 7 hours later, so I took a second dose. I slept a full 5 hours without moving. I did wake up a little groggy but I’m able to function. I like this product and my only concern is that I don’t know if there’s a chance of building up a tolerance to them. For now, I’ll take all the relief from anxiety I can get!

Fast Heart-rate – Results Iffy
I have been taking this for a few days now. I take it when I get off work to help relax. Or at least that is why I purchased this as well as to relax my mind before sleep.I noticed that my heart-rate increases after the first dose. This is aggravating as the increase causes more anxiety.I have not gotten great sleep this week so I do not want to completely say these are worthless as I feel like I cannot properly tell just yet.I will adjust the review if my feelings change.I do suffer from insomnia so there is a possibility this would help the melatonin type people & that’s not me.

I have been taking these daily since Friday and lemme tell you, they are amazing. Compared to the Olly Sleep gummies, these are better flavor wise, price wise, and they work better. I’ve been stressed due to work and having to deal with an extremely heavy period. These gummies have been a lifesaver. I come home from work, eat dinner, shower, and then take 3 of these gummies before popping open a book. A little while later, I’m asleep before 11pm. I’m actually asleep, which is surprising because I usually don’t sleep until 3-4am. Please give these gummies a try and I hope they help you as much as they have helped me.
