    Love the small capsules and dose amount

    Because I’m very sensitive to meds and supplements I’ve learned to start with a small dose first then add in increments and these by far exceed my expectations. These are about 1/4 size of regular capsules which is perfect for those who might have trouble with larger caps. Easy to go down. As far as effectiveness, it’s a little early for me to notice. I do take PE multivitamins and can only say that if I go too long in taking them my body reminds me of my old age aches and pains. I’m adding the 400iu because my shoulder has started hurting and usually means it’s from not taking enough Vit D3. This brand is excellent quality but the price is high. About getting tested for D levels, both my husband and I are within the appropriate levels before taking any D3 supplements. All I’ll say is without getting in TMI just know we found it ineffective for us bc our pain almost went away taking D3. So to us the test was worthless as far as D3. It must have been too low in our bodies bc D3 is a life changer for both of us. Each person is different so you need to tweak to what suits you until you feel it’s the right dosage. Once established then you can order a higher dose if needed.

    My nice lady doc said I should take 800 IU of D3 daily so I take 1 in the morning & 1 at night.

    Item and service are great. I have ordered this several times, and shipping has always been very prompt. As for how well it works, I think it’s making me stronger. I still can’t quite clear a tall building in a single bound, but I’m getting closer to making it over the garage. Will keep you posted.
