    Regulates my cycles.

    I take this for regulating my cycles. I stopped using it for a while and my cycles went out of whack again so I starting taking it again. I don’t know that I notice a whole lot of difference in energy levels or mood. Maybe?

    I am using these to help my period restart. I’ve heard great reviews from it so I tried it myself. Had no period since November of 2025 and was able to have one in February 2026 after taking this. Mild side symptoms was tender breast. After a while it does subside.

    Not sure how I feel about it, no flavor and easy to mix but it does make me feel nauseous after drinking it. In fact the nausea & headache from this was so horrible I haven’t been able to drink any more of it. Hopefully that’s the only side affect and it works. I’m taking for pcos to regulate my periods

    Help me so much with my ovary pain! I have PMOS and suffer from really bad ovary pain. Ever since I have been taking this morning and night my pain has reduced by a lot! I didn’t get no secondary symptoms from it like other people say in the reviews. My energy and hormones have improved a lot since taking this.
