Very Disappointing & Caused Stomach Issues
I had a bad experience with this supplement. Shortly after taking it, I started feeling strong stomach discomfort, cramping, and general digestive upset throughout the day. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide any noticeable benefits, and the side effects made it difficult to continue using.Everyone reacts differently, but based on my experience, this product did not work well and caused significant stomach irritation.

It’s okay
I haven’t found fadogia especially effective in any amount, but tongkat is quite good. The amounts claimed in this supplement are a little incredulous, but they’re estimates based on the strength of the extract, so they’re not meant to be literal. I can’t tell a lot of difference in energy level, focus, or strength, but it may be that it requires a lot over a long period of time. I ended up discarding this from my personal mix, but I have to imagine someone will get better results than I did.

I’ve been taking this combo of supplements for a couple years now. One of my prescription medications had a negative impact on my performance, but these seem to offset that for the most part. I also started a new career and wanted whatever extra goal-oriented focus I could get. They have been helpful enough I do not plan to stop taking them anytime soon.I subscribe to another brand but grabbed this bottle when it popped up on Vine. Many brands smell horrible. HUGE increase in libido, but several concerns
OK, I’m going to share a lot of research I’ve done; this review is 100% my own findings and opinions.Let’s talk about Fadogia Agrestis (FA). FA supposedly increases testosterone by influencing the hypothalmic pituitary gonadal axis (i.e., the brain-to-testes signal) by increasing luteinizing hormone (LH), which in turn tells the testes to make more testosterone. There’s very, very limited data on this, and the only peer-reviewed, published trial I’m aware of was done in 60 rats. It increased testosterone, but also caused some liver/kidney/testicular toxicity, which meant that these organs didn’t function as well. (Science is fun, y’all!)Speaking of science: I’ve been on about a year-long project working with ~8 different supplements I got via Amazon Vine, all of which are supposed to increase performance and/or focus and/or energy and/or strength. I could only take one at a time, and then after I stopped using it, I needed to let it “clear my system” before starting on another one so that I’d know for sure what was affecting me and how.Reading online that a “standard dose” (as much as any of this is standardized) is 300-600mg per day, and knowing that toxicity at higher levels appeared in animal trials (to the point that even some of the supp manufacturers mention this as a word of caution, which tells me they REALLY don’t want guys taking too much), I started out with just one pill per day (which is 300mg FA, 200mg TA [tongkat ali, which I take regularly and really like], and 2.5mg black pepper).Initially, I had some adverse gut reactions, but once I made sure to take these with real food and not just a yogurt or something, that went away. I’ll say that after a couple of weeks of taking one pill per day, there was an increase in libido. Like, a SIGNIFICANT increase. And there was an increase in focus, except it was tunnel-vision focus on my libido (i.e., a decrease in focus on everything else: think back to being in college, when your libido was regularly distracting you…could you focus on lectures very well?). This leveled off a bit after about a week, but…well, there are lots of factors at play here.Therefore, I don’t know. On the one hand, it may be good to increase your drive/desire, but you have to be careful with the dosing to avoid toxicity. I also don’t think I’d want to take it long-term.Finally, not that this is a dealbreaker (in that it’s actually kind of rare), but I always like when a company posts its third-party lab-certification of the makeup of their supps, which as of this review (early May 2026), this one has NOT.I also check out the contact information given on these supps as an indicator of credibility, and I’m pleased to say that the Nusapure.com site is up and running (although the street address on their packing is one of those “rent-a-mailbox”/PMB type of places). The bottle lists “Gmax Central” as the distributor, which freaked me out a bit upon researching them: first couple of hits were about them being involved in some class-action litigation, which I will leave it to you to research on your own, rather than attempt to summarize here (I’m not a doctor or herbalist, but I’m also not a lawyer!).Thanks for reading; I hope that my review helps you out!

Deliver a good amount of Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali
Unless you’ve hidden from social media for the past several years, you probably know that both Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali have been widely touted for their support of male sexual health. I’m guessing that almost all the people who try a supplement like this do so because of that aspect.However, it must be noted that the makers of this particular product say only that it “supports nutritional supplementation.” Kind of vague, don’t you think? Whatever. One has to be careful when making health claims that may not be supported by strong science or given the imprimatur of the FDA or other regulatory bodies.With that disclaimer out of the way, I will say that this looks like a pretty good product if you are seeking to try these two particular supplements. There’s 600 mg of Fadogia Agrestis, in a 40:1 extract, per serving, which is two capsules. A serving also delivers 400 mg of Tongkat Ali, in a 200:1 extract. According to the label, that the equivalent of 24,000 mg of FA and 80,000 mg of TA, respectively. I confess I don’t know exactly how that all works, but I’ll take their word!This product also includes BioPerine, the registered name for a black pepper fruit extract. I happen to know that this is an ingredient in many supplements because it acts as a potentiator or amplifier for the key ingredient(s).I’ve been taking this for a very short time, and have no particular effects to report. As with most nutritional supplements, effects may be cumulative over time, or may be subtle even if real. I’m giving 5 stars because of the amount of Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali these capsules deliver, plus the absence of a lot of filler other than rice flour. The capsules are on the somewhat large size, but not really any harder for me to swallow than any others.

Real good stuff
This supplement is something I always look forward to every time I go to my workouts. I chose this supplement because it has both fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali which were both herbs I’ve been having in mind for a while now. It’s a 2 in 1 supplement so it saves me convenience in having to take just 1 supplement instead of 2. I take 2 capsules with my breakfast (scrambled eggs) which is right before my workout. I avoid taking it in the afternoon because it does stimulate me so I’m afraid it could affect my sleep quality.It has a serving size of 2 capsules, with 75 total servings which is convenient. I have been taking this supplement for a week, and I have noticed that I feel more energetic during my workouts. There is an aftertaste with the capsules, which is a very strong herby taste which I assume is coming from the tongkat ali because I’ve taken that herb before and the taste was the same. I was worried about any stomach discomfort since there’s 2 strong herbs in here, but I have not felt any discomfort at all. It has black pepper so I’m assuming that’s why there’s no stomach discomfort for me but I’m definitely going to keep taking this!

I’ve been taking these for a little over a month now. I will say they seem to be effective in giving me a little extra energy and a general overall good feeling. The capsules themselves are pretty standard, easy to swallow. The quality of ingredients is great. Pretty good value for two and a half month supply. If you are looking for a supplement like this, I’d say give this one a try.
