    Good support during my recomp phase

    I’ve been taking NutraBio HMB as part of my natural supplement stack, along with ecdysterone and other essentials. Honestly, it’s hard to tell exactly what benefits come from this alone, but I’ve noticed steady progress in strength, recovery, and maintaining muscle while dropping fat.It’s a clean, well-dosed product from a brand I trust. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because the effects aren’t very noticeable on their own—but as part of a full plan, it definitely pulls its weight.

    I’m noticing a difference now with my lifts. No stomach aches, quality always impressive when it comes to NutraBio. I’ve pared it with their Growth Peptides and I’ve successfully managed to get past my plateau. Incline bench one set three reps 315 pounds.

    Great Product BUT Comes With Side Effects

    Great product at great price. It gave me what I believe was that extra kick to get a better workout and definitely a faster post-workout recovery. Only problem, and it is a big one at least for me, is that it vastly raised my testosterone and iron levels to the point that I started shedding more hair than usual. Once I stopped taking the product and got new lab work, both my testosterone and iron levels normalized. The hair also stopped falling. It is a shame about the side effects because the product does work.

    I’m very happy with the effectiveness of this product especially with creatine. I haven’t felt any harsh side effects but I do take it with a meal Even if it’s small, no taste. Pool size is fine. I feel like I’m getting the energy that promises and I feel like I’m getting the value for my money. I’ve bought it twice now
