I have chronic constipation and I have been trying to figure why it happens so often for me. I’ve been drinking lots of water and eating my veggies, but I sometimes still have trouble in the toilet. It might be because I usually don’t get enough sleep. I regularly sleep like only 4-5 hours with my job and education. I’ve tried many probiotics for IBS and most of them don’t work. Some will help to an extent, but eventually they stop working or they’ll produce intense gas and inevitably lead to diarrhea again. These, however, have been the first that I’ve noticed a difference right away. I’m not sure if it’s because the microbes are more diverse and abundant from other ones I’ve tried, but they have helped a lot at preventing diarrhea. For the first time in years, I haven’t had a bout with diarrhea for weeks. Having normal bowels is so foreign to me, I’m still on edge that things are going to go downhill lolI plan on taking these forever.

These are my go-to favorite! They have a good combination of bacteria, some found as soil organisms, and also fermented greens. I don’t know the science behind this but it works. I like to switch between brands often (different bacteria strains, different amounts). I use the Now brand a lot. It’s great to buy them here on Amazon when there is a price drop.

Great product !
Started taking 2 a day then slowly increased to 4 and then 6 a day in order to help come out negative in my group b strep test so I wouldn’t need antibiotics during labor. The week prior to testing I opened a capsule and poured it over a thin pad and let it sit overnight. I did all of this a month before the group b strep test since I wasn’t able to obtain the sbo probiotics I originally took with my previous pregnancy. These worked just the same if not better! Came out negative 🙂
