Effective for Energy – A Fair Value From a Trusted Brand!
I was skeptical of this supplement at first, but that changed. I did feel a difference in energy after a week with taking two a day but it definitely increases with time. Some people say it takes longer to feel results, but for me it was fairly quick. I am now at two months taking two each day morning and afternoon, and its noticeable. A little more zip to get things done and my ability to focus is clearer. My morning workout energy in the morning is back like it hasn’t been in years. Its an easy to swallow capsule so there is no taste. I would say its effective so far and a fair value. Results may depend on having your nutrition and exercise in line. This is not a “fix all” if you are eating poorly and aren’t keeping with other healthy practices. I limit my carbs, eat plenty of healthy greens, fats and protein and work out a few times a week. Overall health and energy is the combination of a lot of small choices and this one is noticeable. Sixty capsules last about a month with two a day. I am about 4 days from an empty bottle and just reordered a third bottle from Amazon.
