It’s refreshing to see how natural the ingredients are for this Nubi Nutrition Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil Softgels. Using olive oil for absorption and a simple coating vs. more complicated ingredients is a plus, especially because I take a lot of supplements and I try to limit the coating ingredients which can be rough on your system. I just wish there was more info on the purity and sourcing of these ingredients, and I prefer that they are organic for this price.I love that these Softgels are so aromatic! Oregano oil should smell like Oregano! The smell gives me confidence in the ingredients and that I am getting the intense amount that it claims to have. The combination of garlic, olive oil, and black seed oil, and high amount of carvacrol, makes this a safe and easy immune booster. I have two kids in elementary school, and I often beef up my immunity-building stack of supplements as the kids get sick, and I have stayed pretty well through exposure to Covid, flu, and colds. These softgels are small and easy to swallow, and do not give me any issues with digestion or taste.The only callout I have is that the bottle is missing a country of origin, which makes me suspect they are hiding something or planning to move production. The product description says “Made in USA,” which I double-checked before ordering (image included in my photos), but the bottle says “Manufactured for…” and includes no country of origin. I really like that this oil of oregano contains ingredients I already enjoy and believe in, especially garlic, oregano, and olive oil. Those are all things I regularly include in my diet, so seeing them combined together made me excited to try this product. Oregano is meant to offer a natural boost to immune health, digestion, and respiratory wellness. Having read and seen videos online relating to oregano I decided to try it out. The product also contains black cumin seed oil, olive oil and garlic which themselves have their own wellness properties.The capsules are gluten free and non-GMO so can cater to a wider range of people.I have to admit, sometimes after taking a capsule, if it repeats on me I get a slight taste of the black cumin seed in my mouth.So far so good. The capsules are easy to swallow so taking them isn’t a chore. The 120 capsules should last me around two months if I take them regularly at two a day. I’ve had no adverse effects, I can’t say I’ve noticed any wow factor or changes from taking these, but with any supplements, these things can take time and I’ve only been taking them for under a month. I would say, as far as supplements go, they are a bit on the pricey side.
