Not a Bad Choice
I got this for my parents since they were curious about trying something to help with energy and healthy aging. The single-serve pouches are really convenient for them to take on the go, and they like that it is quick to drink without mixing powders or swallowing big pills.The flavor is sweet and fruity, though it can leave a little aftertaste. They sometimes mix it into water or juice, but it is fine on its own too. The only real complaints are that the packets can be a bit tricky to open, and the results are subtle so far. From what I understand, that is normal for this type of thing since it tends to work gradually.For convenience and taste, it works well for them. Four stars for being easy to use and a nice addition to their routine, with just a couple of small quirks.

I’ve taken my fair share of NAD+ but never before have I had it in liquid form, and honestly, it’s a huge convenience. The powders I’ve previously tried always clump, no two ways about it. The pills, while good and significantly easier to consume— well, sometimes you don’t want more pills to swallow or have a bottle of water at hand. These NAD+ liquid packs are by far the best in terms of simply tearing and drinking from the pouch. The berry tastes like my cough medicine, but it’s a small amount of liquid that you really get over with in a second.Only thing I feel like I should warn about would be the tearing open of the pouch— it doesn’t fully come off easily. Like, I can tear the pouch about halfway before it gets stuck. Sure, you can still drink it torn halfway, but it bothers me a little. I recommend having a clean pair of scissors and just snipping it off from the get-go if this bothers you.Otherwise the quest for eternal life continues, or well, I’m here to gain a minor edge over those not taking energy boosting supplements. At currently $27.20 (with coupon) for 30 servings, or 90 cents per serving, it comes only about a dime more expensive than the pill version I already take with a lot more convenience in general, especially if you’re already committed to the NAD+ supplements. Worth trying if it’s in budget.

Weird taste
I find that NAD+ boosts my energy levels throughout the day. These packets are an easy to take liquid, but they have an “off” taste, maybe a little metallic? I have had other brands that do not taste this way. The packets are hard to rip open, so I snip off the top with scissors to avoid spills and squirts. The packets are slim and easy to take with me on the go. But because of the taste, I don’t think I’ll be getting this brand again.
