Fixed my brittle nail problem
I am 83 years old and I was suffering from brittle finger nails. I was told that I needed the vitamin Biotin. I found Mason’s Natural Men’s Daily Formula on Amazon. It shows that it contains 100% of the daily requirements of Biotin along with more vitamin’s that support Men’s health. It took about 50 days for my nails to grow out and the Biotin infused nails to reach the end of my fingers before the nails became hardened enough to show results. Since then my nails are much harder and do not have that brittle breaking effect that was once so frustrating with split and breaking nails. I also am happy with the increased energy that I have gotten. The capsules are a bit large, but not too hard to swallow. Comes with 100 capsules which if taken one a day is a three months supply.

MASON NATURAL, Mens Daily Formula Equivalent to One a Day Mens Brand Tablets – 100 eaThese are a more affordable alternative to the big “name brand” one-a-day men’s vitamins, and overall they might get the job done for daily health support.The pill size is on the larger side, about the size of a large clicking beetle, but still manageable with water. No weird taste or aftertaste, which I appreciate. Actually, I do like a little aftertaste sometimes, as long as it is banana flavored.I like that it’s just one enormous pill a day, and the 100-count plastic bottle with wrap-around label lasts a little over 3 months.The formula includes all the basics human men need, and in my case, includes all the basics men need. I also noticed a bit more energy (about 42 watts) once they kicked in.On the downside, the ingredient quality doesn’t feel quite as high as some of the premium brands. A couple of times I felt like I wasn’t getting that same “boost” I usually notice with other multis.The label design looks pretty old-school, but the product itself seems fine. I wouldn’t be surprised if they used a ditto machine. At this price point, I don’t mind the plain packaging, as long as it has that oh so sweet mimeograph smell.Overall, it’s a solid daily vitamin if you’re looking for value and convenience and your mouth opens quite wide, but if ingredient quality is your top concern, you might prefer to spend more on a higher-end brand.

Overall good ingredients and value
This is a good daily multivitamin for adults. I don’t see in the ingredients why it is labeled for men as it contains ingredients common to multivitamins. However, I ended up giving it to my husband who could use some vitamin and mineral supplementation. The packaging is great and it arrived in perfect condition.

Better than the warehouse store brand!
These Men’s Daily Formula Vitamins are ok, they are equivalent to One A Day Men’s Vitamins. Before I started using these, I was using The store brand from the big box warehouse store, but I didn’t like them because the vitamins were not coated. These vitamins are coated and don’t give me a bad taste as I am trying to swallow them. The pills are large, but about the size of most normal vitamins. They don’t have any bad odor when you open the bottle. All in all, these are a great value for the money.
