This is one of the rare B12 supplements that earns a full 5-star rating from me. Everything about the formulation feels well thought out and designed for maximum effectiveness.First, it uses methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 I personally prefer because of its bioavailability and usability within the body. Too many products use less desirable forms, so it is refreshing to see the right choice made here.The quick-melt sublingual format is another major advantage. The tablets dissolve easily under the tongue, taste great, and begin absorbing quickly. Unlike capsules that must go through the digestive system first, the sublingual delivery allows the effects to be felt much faster. For me, I can often notice the difference within about 15 minutes.Like many B12 supplements, it can temporarily leave a red tint in your mouth after taking it, but that is a small tradeoff for how well it works.What really stands out is how noticeable the effect can be on demanding days. There have been times when I found myself dragging through a long day, only to realize I had forgotten my B12. Convenient way to supplement B12
Is container of vitamin B 12 comes as a 10,000 MCG supplement. It comes as a quick melt and can easily be cut in half if needed. B12 is such an important vitamin for energy production and is notably missing or very low when people have certain depression or a side effect of vitamin B 12 depletion from taking antacids or other medications. So this is a great simple and easy way to feel the need to keep the body at healthy levels of B12.

Caused stomach issues 🙁
I had high hopes for these as I have used other supplements from this brand but I was very disappointed by these. The flavor is not good, somehow both too sweet and very bitter, and while they’re easy to take they gave me terrible stomach cramps and gas. This brand usually has good quality products but the sweetener they used in these is apparently a no-go for me. If the ingredients were different I would probably take them even though I don’t like the taste, but sadly these were a dud.

B12 melts
Pretty decent melts. Gets you 10000 mcg of B12 without the need for pills, just be prepared for subpar flavor unless you want to just chew it in which case it’s a bit chalky.. but you can swig it down with water or follow up with a bite of food. Texture is gritty and again, like eating chalk but it’s still way easier than pills! Taking these for a few weeks I noticed improved energy levels without much other change to my routine so that was a good sign. Overall pretty good value.

Large dose but not much in results
Although this contains a more bioavailable form of vitamin B12, and in quite a large dose, I didn’t notice any improvement in my energy level. The flavor was pretty good but may be too tart for some. I also felt they were more of a chewable than a quick melt but still easy to take. The price is good for a 2 month supply though.
