This Potassium + Magnesium is a decent product at a bit of a high price. The amount of Potassium is pretty much none so it’s all but completely insignificant and you can get more magnesium at a lower price. Overall, this is not a bad deal, but I think it could be a bit better.

Great blend, may need more than one capsule
I was specifically looking for a supplement that combined these two minerals, and I love that Best Naturals offers Potassium and Magnesium in one single pill. It is actually not extremely typical to find these two as a specific blend; usually, you have to buy two separate bottles and keep track of different counts, so having them integrated into one capsule is a huge plus for my daily routine.In terms of the experience of taking them, they don’t taste terrible. Some mineral supplements can have a very harsh, metallic aftertaste or a chalky texture that lingers, but these are easy enough to get down without any issues.Regarding the quality and effect, I did have to experiment a little bit. I have been giving these capsules to my father who has been dealing with some cramping in his limbs, and they seem to have helped noticeably over the past couple of weeks.He takes the recommended serving daily and reports fewer and less intense cramps especially in his legs and arms during the night and after activity. Potassium and Magnesium are so essential – especially if you take a GLP-1 as I do!And these capsules are perfect – easy to take, no digestive issues (even when taken on an empty stomach).Of course, I cannot tell if these really contain the advertised amount of potassium or magnesium; I am not a scientist.

This is a very good quality Potassium and magnesium mixed supplement. I’ve been taking this brand for a long time and this brand always delivers quality product with a decent price tag. Not a fan of citrate as the magnesium type but YMMV.
I want to be clear that I am not a healthy eater at all. I do not like most vegetables…exceptions, corn and potatoes… and while fruits are ok I rarely eat them. Having just had my yearly checkup and bloodwork it seems I am running slightly low when it comes to potassium. So off to order a supplement for that, I see this potassium/ magnesium blend from Best Naturals.I like Best Naturals. I have one supplement I have been taking for about 5 years made by this brand and I would not change to a different brand for love nor money. I realize everyone is different and different brands even with same dosage as others can perform differently for different people. This supplement I mention WORKS for me after trying several other brands so again I will stick with it.And I will stick with and trust the best naturals brand because they use GMP and use third party testing.Third party testing is a requirement for me for any supplement I take. I want to know that each ingredient is at the amount it’s purported to be and that they’re free from impurities like heavy metals.This bottle contains 120 capsules with a dosing amount of 2 capsules per day. So this is a sixty day supply.Lot # and expiration date…09/2028 are stamped on the label.There is no smell when opening the bottle.Capsules are average size.Pluses are that each ingredient are listed individually with dosage amounts and there are no unnecessary added ingredients. I am not a fan of proprietary blends. And I tend to take individual supplements vs blends as it’s easier in regards to dosing amounts.Negatives on this supplement as I see it.I take magnesium…both glycinate and malate…. individually. Those two are the blend that works for me. There are so many different types of magnesium and not all work the same so make sure you know what type of magnesium you want. I was quite dissapointed to see this is magnesium citrate…which to me is the cheaper end, not near as effective as the glycinate and malate I currently take.For me personally the dosage for the citrate is low. YMMV.In the interest of this review I did take this blend for several days and experienced no side effects at all. Citrate may cause upset stomach and loose stools but again I did not experience that.Will I finish the bottle? No because this is not the type of magnesium that works for me. I don’t think it’s a bad product and the price for a two month supply is MORE than fair. Just research magnesium types to see if this is the one you want. The star off is for the use of citrate vs glycinate.

Good combination of potassium and magneium supplement for daily use
I added this to my daily supplement recently and after taking this for two weeks, I feel that I really like it. First of all, both potassium and magnesium are very critical for immune system and sleeping quality. The amount per serving is reasonable considering the daily absorption. The formula it use seems to be easy to absorb. It’s non-GMO and gluten free. I also like the brand. One bottle last for 30 days. The capsules are easy to swallow and no wired taste. No side effects are observed after taking the pill. The price is very competitive. I will give a 5/5.
