Excellent vitamins offered at a very reasonable price, great formula
I only had a few more days of vitamins left, so I needed to get more. The CANLIST Hair Skin and Nails Multi-Vitamin boasted an impressive list of nutrients, it certainly looked worth a try. This multi-vitamin contains the B-Vitamins, Vitamins C, E, A, K, D3, plus Calcium, Iron, Selenium, Collagen, Zinc, Biotin and Keratin. I almost passed on trying it when I noticed a dose was 2 caplets instead of one, but then I realized that it combined my multi-vitamin with supplements I was taking separately. That meant I would actually be taking a fewer number pills, not more.The caplets aren’t very large, they’re easy to swallow. There isn’t a strange smell or taste associated with these either. I didn’t have any negative reactions to them, I believe they work well for me. The formula for this supplement is great. It provides the regular vitamins I take in my multi, plus adds elements from other supplements I take for bone health, hair and skin. I’m happy to get it all in one.These are non-GMO and made in the USA. They’re listed as vegan, but the collagen is bovine collagen, so a true vegan might have issues with that. The bottle contains 50 doses if taken 2 per day. Considering all you receive, the asking price of $7.99 seems like a really good deal.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Multivitamin
I got this mostly for the multivitamin aspect rather than the hair/skin/nails aspect. I’ve been taking it daily for about two weeks, and I didn’t expect to see much at this point but I have definitely noticed that my hair does look and feel healthier, my skin feels softer and healthier, and my nails as well. All three are demonstrably stronger. I knew my hair wasn’t going to grow out like crazy in a couple weeks, but I’m definitely impressed- I’ve taken hair/skin/nail supplements previously, and never had results like this so quickly. It took around 6 months to even get anywhere close to this.I also am feeling noticeably better. I’ve been deficient in more than I thought, apparently.I’ve studied the placebo effect enough to know that all of these things could be that in motion, and I’ll still say that even if it’s placebo stuff, that makes this multivitamin well worth its price- especially for $7.99?! You can’t even get a meal at a fast food place for that these days! If the mechanism that triggers the placebo effect is me swallowing these, I’ll continue to do so because even the placebo effect can do good things to the body.That being said, it’s my opinion that this is just a dang good vitamin that works really well and packs a whole bunch of stuff you need in it. It’s $8- it’s worth trying.

I started using the CANLIST brand’s “Hair Skin and Nails Multi-Vitamin” recently, and I like by how it combines all the essential vitamins and minerals for a great value.The supplement contains biotin, collagen, vitamins C, E, A, and D3, as well as other minerals. I like how easy the caplets are to swallow—no weird aftertaste or smell. It’s also free from gluten, dairy, soy, and non-GMO, which is a huge bonus for me.The medium-sized capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste, scent, or aftertaste.They come in a white plastic bottle that is coded for recycling as type 1 resin.The flip-open cap is easy to open and close as it is not child resistant.It is double-sealed for freshness and safety.Pros:Easy to swallow, no bad aftertasteContains essential vitamins and mineralsNon-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-freeGood value for moneyCons:Requires taking two pills per dayNot suitable for vegans due to bovine collagen

Many vitamins on the market are based on synthetic adjuncts and these multi-vitamins are no different. While these provide the needed supplements, there is a bit of an off taste that can be a little unsettling when you first take any type of multi-vitamins. That being said, however, these are a good supplement to have in the cabinet. Quick to take and easy on the stomach to digest and uptake, these are good vitamins. Getting past the synthetic taste takes a couple of days, but this is a small price to pay for the benefits.

Small pills that are easy to swallow
These vitamins have all the same ingredients as the multi-vitamins I had been taken prior to these. The pill size is relatively small and they are easy to swallow. They have no taste to them or any type of after taste later. I’m not sure I see any difference yet in my hair or nails, but that’s OK since I’m still getting all the other vitamins and minerals that I need. I took a star off because while I would have typically said the price is good for the number of pills, you do have to take 2 pills at once. So that actually means you only have a 50 day supply. I usually pay less than this for 100 pills that I only need to take 1 per day.
