Honestly I didn’t really feel a difference. Like, the research on the company was decent. 3rd party tested made in the US but I just cant say I have seen any noticeable effects from taking it. Maybe its one of those things you need to take for a few months before you see an effect. Many suplements are like that.

Nice array of calming supplements
I mainly order this to try out the altheanine ashwagandha pairing. I definitely like that this comes with vitamin C, D and magnesium. As far as the calming array it does also come with St John’s Wort. I was already using magnesium before I went to bed so I started using this instead of just my normal magnesium/D. I didn’t notice a difference in my sleep pattern from this supplement compared to the magnesium/D that I was taking before. That’s neither a good thing or a bad thing, I was just hoping the l theanine and ashwagandha would have an added effect, but again I didn’t notice a difference.

Great item! It helps with sleep, energy, and keeps you in a great mood. I’m in menopause due to chemotherapy, and this combo keeps me in check. It’s a great value for the money and easy to digest.

I found that this cortisol complex multivitamin worked for my central nervous system the first evening. It was very subtle at first I will be buying more and adding it to my daily vitamin regimen. I am experiencing high anxiety due to hormonal imbalance.🙏🏼

Look, I’m getting older, every damn thing has either slowed down or gone haywire and my cortisol levels were getting bonkers..I purchased this brand several months ago and just keep reordering it. Trying to stay fit, slow down some of the crazy things that happen when you start getting older, and be healthier by trying to use supplements instead of pharmaceuticals. If your body is telling you to grab cortisol support then this is a good one
