The taste is a really pleasant blackberry passionfruit mix that completely avoids that chalky, chemical background flavor common in raw fitness supplements. Creatine + HMB powder from Zhou
Zhou Creatine Plus HMB Powder supports Muscle Growth, Power Support, Endurance, and Exercise Performance. I’m a big fan of Zhou, and have tried many of their products. My favorite is their collagen protein powder, which is a fantastic bargain compared to other brands.This creatine plus HMB has a very strong, overpowering fruity flavor that reminds me of cough syrup. I would prefer unflavored powders. However, the flavor does blend well with other fruity beverages, including smoothies. I do not recommend mixing this into anything except water, by itself, or into something else fruity.The powder dissolves well in water and does not form sludge on the bottom of the glass. The ingredients are clean and simple – just creatine and HMB. I did not experience any side effects other than the intense blueberry passionfruit aftertaste.The value for the money is reasonable, at around $1 a serving at the time of this review. It is a very competitive price compared to other creatine and HMB supplements.

Flavored Creatine Powder
Fair price with a tolerable flavor. However, I think you could find better/cleaner options in a similar price range. I have traditionally bought unflavored creatine powder, which I sometimes struggle with because it doesn’t always absorb the best in the various liquids I put it in, so this was nice to have on hand to easily mix with water.I’ll probably stick to my “cleaner” creatine powders in the future but this was a nice alternative, especially if you want something flavored.

4.5 stars, if I couldOn the bright side, it is non-GMO, GMP, made in the USA, gluten free, low calorie, has all the good stamps of approval. The taste to me is not so much blackberry passionfruit as it is lemonade, a little on the tart side. I like it personally, if you are looking for a creatine with flavor. Gives your water that extra oomph.I don’t feel any physical side effects with this, for better or worse. It is an average serving of creatine (5g) compared with other brands I’ve tried. It has good solubility, at least with waterI am slightly skeptical of “natural flavor” but it is sweetened with stevia and only contains 10 calories per servingAt only 30 servings per container, it is not the most value for your money, but if it is flavor you are after, this is a solid choice.

Great creatine, good tasting
I wanted to hold off on writing a review until I had used this product for a month. After a month of consistent daily use, I definitely feel that this has helped me with size and strength during my workouts. But for me the best effect of this creatine is greater mental clarity. The shift is subtle, but it is there, and there is nothing else that I have changed that I can attribute it to. The taste is great and it does seem somewhat more soluble than other brands of creatine I have used. I have not had any side effects, although some digestive upset is to be expected upon starting use. This disappears with continued use as your body adapts to the creatine. Overall, two thumbs up.

I’ve been using this Creatine + HMB powder for a little while now, and overall I’m happy with it. The blackberry passionfruit flavor is pretty good, although it’s a bit more tart than I expected. To me, it tastes more like blackberry lemonade than passionfruit. It’s not my favorite supplement flavor ever, but it’s definitely drinkable and refreshing enough that I don’t mind having it regularly.As for performance, I don’t notice any sort of immediate energy boost when I drink it, which is perfectly fine since that’s not really what I bought it for. What I have noticed is that when I take it every few days, I seem to feel a little more mentally settled and less prone to overthinking. My thoughts don’t seem to race as much, and I feel a bit more balanced overall. Everyone’s experience will be different, but that has been a pleasant surprise for me.I also appreciate that this product combines creatine and HMB in one powder, making it easy to incorporate into my routine. Interestingly, taking it every day doesn’t seem to work as well for me as using it every few days, so I’ve settled into the schedule that feels best. Overall, the flavor is decent, it mixes well, and I’ve had a positive experience with it. I’d definitely consider purchasing it again.

Great flavor, mixed easily
I’ve used a few Zhou products over the years and I’ve always been pleased with them. So when I saw this offered for review, I was happy to do so. I usually pass up on offers for this type of product because I don’t know the companies, but I know this one.This creatine powder mixed up super easy. I completely dissolved in just a glass of water with a spoon. I’ve also used it in my berry smoothies and had no issues with solubility there either.The ingredients aren’t the cleanest but for the price, they are good and very acceptable to me. I can’t comment on muscle mass effects just yet, but I do notice an energy boost when using it prior to my workout. I love the berry flavor whether I use it in water or my smoothies. It is a bit sweet because of the added stevia but there is no sweetener aftertaste that I can detect. Stevia is one of my preferred all natural sweeteners and I was happy to see that in the product instead of sugar or artificial sweetener.I’ve been using this for my last few workouts and have had no side effects at all.I’m summery, it tastes great, somewhat sweet but not too sweet. It seems to boost my energy, fairly clean without many of the unnecessary additives other companies use, it mixed easily with no side effects to my tummy, and the cost for a daily, 30 day supply is a good value.

I’ve used Zhou supplements for years and have been extremely satisfied and the majority of my supplements are from this brand! This creatine powder plus hmb really sets itself apart from other brands, because it’s flavored! This is such a nice change from the many unflavored options out there. The taste is fruity, pleasant, refreshing, and not overly sweet or overpowering, which makes it easy to drink every day. One of the things I really liked was how well it mixed in my water because the powder dissolved quickly without leaving behind any gritty residue or clumps! Because its so tasty and easy to use, I just add it to my tumbler of warer, and I’mgood to go for the morning. Plus the flavor makes it enjoyable to drink, and it has no bad aftertaste.
