Wonderful Combination
All magnesium is not the same, Do a search for each of these types and you will see they can function differently in the body. My husband and I both take this daily. I take it day and night and my husband takes it before bed. He was able to get off all other sleeping aids once he started taking the magnesium. I love that there are so many bottles in here. We go thru them quite quickly so it’s good to have enough on hand. There are great for relaxing the mucles, calming the heart rate and gut, and he;ping you relax for sleep.

I really liked that this magnesium supplement contains 4 types of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate may help with improving sleep, promoting relaxation, and reducing anxiety. Magnesium citrate is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium, and magnesium taurate can help reduce blood pressure.I ordered this magnesium supplement to help me relax at night. I’ve been taking 2-3 pills a few hours before I go to bed. I have felt more relaxed, and I think my sleep has improved, although it is a bit early to make that judgment. I have not had any adverse side effects, and the pills are easy to swallow. This is a high-quality magnesium supplement compared to other magnesium pills (that typically only contain one form of magnesium). It is reasonably priced, and I would recommend it.

Intersting combination of magnesium types
I received a free sample of this supplement in exchange for my honest review. This is an interestingcombination of 4 types of magnesium . I had to wonder, why these 4 types? I did a little research and discovered that there are more kinds of magnesium than I realized, and many of them have slightly different effects. This supplement offers an assortment of magnesiums that may be easierto absorb and digest than some others.:Magnesium malate may have less of a laxative effect than some other types.Magnesium taurate may help reduce blood pressure and high blood sugar.Magnesium glycinate may help with stress and improve sleep.Magnesium lactate may(again) have fewer digestive side effects.These capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow. I have had no untoward effects from taking thissupplement, and it is too soon to tell if I think it is better than other magnesium supplements .This5-bottle magnesium offering is enough for almost seven months.I have taken magnesium daily for many years now. I read that most of us are probably magnesium deficient , and that this deficiency can contribute to heart disease, diabetes, kidney stones, migraines and a host of other ailments .

I take magnesium daily for migraine prevention and strive for 400 mg per day. I use a magnesium lotion for about 200 mg and take the remaining by capsule. I would have to take three of these compared to just one capsule of my usual brand. I already take a lot of supplements so I don’t want to have to add more. I do think this is a good combination of magnesium and good quality. I just need 200 mg per pill. So if you need a small dose these will be a good option.
