This magnesium glycinate combination seems to work pretty well for my restless legs syndrome. It does have a higher rate of absorption than the previous stuff I was using, and because it is a capsule, it is easier to swallow than the big giant pills I had before Overall, I am quite pleased with it – the only downside is the vegetarian capsule stinks to high heaven.Plug your nose and swallow, but otherwise a great product.

I took only one pill well before bedtime, with water, as directed. Made me so incredibly thirsty that I could NOT sleep…instead had to drink water all night. Would not recommend.Update: company reached out to me and offered full refund or another magnesium product. I tried the Magnesium complex they sent me, but had the same issue of extreme thirst, plus dizziness and shakiness. I only had ONE pill again, instead of two. I took it well before bedtime with a meal and lots of water. So beware…these Magnesium products are not for everyone. 🙁 I update to four stars because their customer service is excellent.
