Helpful thyroid support supplement.
A lot of people feel run down today. I had been focusing on my adrenals with some noticeable difference. However, when I followed directions to take two capsules in the morning with food. I noticed my energy levels start to feel like they are getting better. Now there is a big list of ingredients to this supplement. The challenge is to figure out if it is just one ingredient that is helping me feel better, to do my daily things or if it is all of them working together. I am happy with the results, that I have been feeling. I like that this supplement is third party tested, GMP certified sourcing, and is made in the U.S.A. I’ve taken this product for 10 days and am feeling more energetic than I have in a long time. I’ve actually got all my spring cleaning done in less than a week. This thyroid support has an amazing blend of ingredients, selenium which is a powerful antioxidant, ashwagandha which is a good stress reducer, and other beneficial minerals as well. Helping with my Perimenopause
I found this supplement after taking hormone balance supplements when looking to combat my perimenopause symptoms. I had been dealing with terrible night sweats starting at 45 yrs old. I then symptoms increased to mid day hot flashes, weight gain, low energy, and soon sleepless nights. I noticed that this supplement contained many of the same items in it has my more expensive hormone supplements that I started taking but this one was half the price, so I decided to give it a try. After taking this supplement for a couple of months, I no longer have night sweats or hot flashes. With a combination of lowering calorie intake and exercise, also adding collustrum and magnesium glycinate at night, I lost 15 lbs, felt increased energy, and have been sleeping like a baby. I basically no longer feel the symptoms that were nagging me for three years. I wish I found this supplement a while ago! I will update my review if I see any changes moving forward.

Working good so far
Just started taking this so I can’t speak to all its benefits, but after 2 weeks no side effects – and my eyebrows are starting to grow back! The outer sections fell out years ago (its a hypothyroid thing) and I looked like Mona Lisa, but now I am seeing the hair growing back! Hoping to get even more good results as time goes on.
