I have taken three pills every morning for a month. I wanted to give a fair chance at working. The claim of these pills is three things: 1) lose weight fast 2) appetite suppressant 3) clean powerful energy. Now I am currently on the path of a healthier lifestyle, so I have been counting calories, working out, and doing all those healthy things to aid in the weightloss and toning that I so desire. Anyway for one month every morning I eat my breakfast and then take three of these pills and about an hour later I workout. I have noticed my appetite being suppressed. I usually have a hard time with cravings especially the sweets and carbs as well as bored snacking (stay at home mom). But the honest truth is I haven’t had that. I have also noticed feeling more energized and way less draggy through my day (keep in mind that I’ve also been working out and eating healthy which could have the same effect). So for the 1 month that I have been taking these pills I have lost 10 pounds. That’s an average of 2.5 lbs a week. So overall I would say these apple cider vinegar pills really work as 1-2 pounds per week is the healthy range and I’ve gotten above average. But I am not taking these as a stand alone miracle pill to drop weight… I’m putting in effort and sweat only using these to aid what I’m already doing. I can’t say how they work without healthy eating and exercise but the appetite suppressant ability of these pills to me are worth it.I didn’t give five stars for a few reasons 1) I cannot give credit to these pills for my success entirely as I have been exercising and eating healthy along side taking these and I feel like the results that I’ve gotten could be had without these pills 2) I did have a morning where I didn’t eat breakfast but still took my pills in the morning and I was beyond dizzy for days after major boo! 3) The price is a bit steep for my liking.So would I recommend these ….I think I would. If you are just starting out with getting in shape and losing weight, these can be a great aid in the process but they’re completely unnecessary and didn’t give me a dramatic enough effect to say that they’re totally worth the price.

Horrible product for people with heartburn/indigestion!
This product gave me such bad heart burn to the point that I had to leave work and go into the break room and get a water and some food to stop coughing. The side effects from this was so bad that I couldn’t use it long enough to see any results. The appetite suppressant works so well that you are actually disgusted when looking at any kind of food and makes you not want to eat anything without getting nauseous. Saw no results and felt sick whole using it! I would stick to regular Garcinia and not ones with apple cidar vinegar in it. Positive note- only take pills once a day and they’re not too big where it’s hard to swallow!

Firstly, with the delivery option I chose delivery was extremely fast. I started using these pills about a week ago. I weighed myself on the first day (forgot to take a pic) and I weighed 205lbs. This morning, exactly 7 days after, I am 200lbs. I am extremely happy about that. The appetite suppressant in this is remarkable because it literally did as the name suggested, suppressed my appetite. The recommended dosage is 3 pills and I dived right in and took three pills. I saw some other reviews mention being careful with taking all three but I only think that is if someone is not familiar with caffeine. However for those who used pre workout and stuff that carries 270-300g of caffeine this pill is a walk in the park. I felt no jitters of any sort. In addition to this it is recommended to drink alot of liquids whilst using this pill so it obviously causes you to urinate more often thus eliminating water weight. Besides the 5 lbs that I lost I also notice that I am seeing more definition of my muscles on my body and I do have a noticeable increase of energy so be mindful of using this at night or anytime that sleep is needed. I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to lose weight without any stressful product. I have not experienced any adverse reactions but if I do I will update.

Lost 7 pounds with little effort in one month.
Okay so I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt it was necessary. Iv been taking these pills for a month now. I had been stuck at the same weight for months now. I suck at diets, and I work a lot so I can’t get to the gym as often as I should. When I began taking these pills I didn’t change to many things in my life, I still eat what I want I just eat smaller portions. Also I began going for walks around the block after dinner. I was 189 pounds, now I’m 183. It’s not a lot but it progress. Losing 7 pounds in just one month with little effort impressed me. I’m pleased with the results and I’m going to continue to take them.

So far so good, although not a miracle pill
I tried these at the recommendation of my sister in law. She has been taking them for about a month and has lost over 10 lbs! So I was really excited to try them.First things first, you’re supposed to start with one pill a day and work up to three a day. I didn’t know that. I started with two a day, and I will say I experienced some stomach cramping for the first few days I was taking it. I guess my body adjusted, because it’s been a couple of weeks and no more stomach cramps. I take one in the morning, and two at lunch.I feel that the pills do curb my appetite and give me an energy boost. Here’s the thing. I have only lost about 2 lbs in 2 weeks. I know some reviews state they have lost 10+ lbs in a week or close to a pound a day, but that hasn’t been the case for me. I will finish the bottle and see if I continue to lose weight, if not, I will not order again.

The only ones that worked for me
I have tried garcinia products and other apple cider vinegar pills. These are the ones!I have endometriosis so I’m always bloated and more “weighty” around my middle. I recently had my ovary removed and that gave me hell. Besides acne breakout, I began to put on weight really fast. I weighed 110-113lbs which is healthy for me since I’m short. Now, I was at 125 and climbing (gaining 3-4lbs weekly).I tried these out. No bad reaction or stomach discomfort. First week I took 1 pill and then I increased weekly until i began to steadily take 3. I also changed my diet (cut out fast food and sugar and limited my food intake to healthy protein, grapefruit, and a lot of liquids such as black coffee and tea).It’s around 3 weeks and I lost 3lbs. Doesn’t sound like a lot but for me it is especially since I cannot exercise due to health reasons. It is slow progression but it is progression.I do have a cheat day where I’ll allow myself a favorite meal like pasta, ramen, or a burger. I also fast every morning and don’t eat until 11 a.m. Window for eating closes at 6 p.m. I have no difficulties taking these without food first thing in the morning.Customer service is fantastic! They make sure you understand how to take it and to start off with one to make sure you don’t have a bad reaction.I have added these to my monthly subscription.

I got these December 2nd and I waited these two weeks to write a review to make sure that it was going to be an honest review.I’ll say I’m absolutely disappointed with these. I exercise 6 days a week and eat extremely healthy. Due to this I lost 89lbs in 13 months. I hit a plateau and thought these pills with help.Do they give energy? Yes! Do they help with weight loss, not really. Started the day I got them 2 pills a day, and continued my workout of six days a week and eating healthy. The only thing this pill did was give me energy, never suppressed my appetite, actually made me more hungry, and made me go to the bathroom ALL the time, and I’m not talking about number 1. By day 10 I still haven’t even lost a single pound. Stayed the same.Have a half a bottle that I’m not sure what I’ll do with, but this product isn’t something I’d recommend.

I would say they work. They worked for me and for my sister as well, I tried the recommended dose (3) I don’t usually have over eating issues or excessive hunger but I was trying to loose some weight. These pills took my hunger away completely. I could go a whole day without feeling hungry, I know thats not healthy, so I started taking only 2 pills a day, worked great for me. Took the pills right after breakfast they gave me steady energy and definitely helps curve hunger. So, I yes, would recommend. 👍🏼
