This seems silly until you’re left with 1 single gummy each month after portioning them out (2/day)… and if you’re an exhausted single parent, it’s enough to make you feel insane, like you can’t count. My daughter struggles with constipation. She’s also a very picky eater and doesn’t have as many green vegetables as she should. These gummies are a great option to help supplement her lackluster fiber intake. We give her three gummies with water during breakfast and it seems to help. She went from moving her bowels once a week to almost every other day, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but for her it’s a win. I don’t know what we would do without these gummies. Tasty Fiber Gummies
These fiber chews are amazing! I have tried many different fiber supplements, and these are my favorite because they are easy to take and made with chicory root. Unlike other fiber supplements, they are not chalky or difficult to swallow – they taste like a sweet gummy candy (so kids enjoy taking them)! I love that it is made with chicory root, which has a ton of health benefits. I know that there is a little bit of added sugar (2 gummies contain 2 grams of sugar), but to me, it’s worth it (and a lot less than what is in my kid’s cereal, for example). If you aren’t sure if this fiber gummy is the right product for you or your kids, I suggest you talk to your doctor, that’s what I did! Bottom line: having a fiber supplement that is easy to take is a game changer in our household!

I have to give credit when credit is due and this product absolutely saved our world! Might be a bit TMI, but I’m hoping a fellow momma might need this recommendation.My daughter is 4 and since she was born, she has had chronic constipation. Now, preschool is a few months away, and sis needs to be potty trained so that she can attend school. I love Zahler vitamins and supplements!As for Chapter One, we’ve tried Magnesium and Omega-3s, both of which are great and taste amazing. My almost 3y.o. looooves them.This review is for Fiber.Like I mentioned in my review for Magnesium, the size of the gummy is a bit too big – not too big for an adult, but could be a choking hazard for a little one. However, it’s easy to cut a gummy in half or even in four wedges, and my LO doesn’t mind. The same is true for these gummies – too big (same size as Mag). The reason I’m giving 4 stars (I would’ve given 4.5, if it were an option) is because the texture is bit off, the gummy is too sticky inside and almost too dense, it’s a bit hard to chew and harder to cut. Otherwise, the flavor is great and, what’s more important – they work! More frequent bowel movements 👍🏼! Overall, great product.
