Lost 19 lbs and close to two pant sizes in three and a half weeks!
I really loved Yoli the first week since I lost 13 lbs, however I bounced around the the remaining 6lbs over the next 2.5 weeks. The products are really great, but pretty expensive but taste/work great – I have tried all flavors. In my opinion, I think you could substitute the Yoli protein shakes for a VERY similar product (grass fed, no gmo, no antibiotics, natural sweetener and flavor whey) that is half the price as well as a different fiber/probiotic with a much lower price. Alkalete and Passion are great and I have tried stacking (1 Alkalete for 25 lbs) and also taking the two as recommended, but have far better results with the stacking. I used to drink 3-4 cups of cofffee or tea a day, but I have not had any cravings with the two Passion per day. My first two days I was a little sluggish and cranky, so I upped to three. The food schedule works fine for me, but I have an office job. I am never hungry – sometimes I actually feel like I am forcing myself to eat the afternoon snack – and you have a wide variety of food choices. I also don’t feel the cravings for junk food like I had in the past, but there are a lot os sweets that work with the low-carb diet (WW, Atkins, Skinny Cow, So Delicious, Digestives, and high percent dark chocolate).I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking to lose weight. I feel great on the system, lots of energy, better moods, and lost a good amount of weight fast. The only downside is the price, but with subbing some alternative products (probiotic and whey), you could probably get to around $200 a month.

Thank you, Thank you Yoli!!!I purchased Yoli after seeing how it has helped my friend transform. She looks amazing!I am very health conscious and was hesitant to consume any diet products so I did my research prior to purchasing. I do feel that this product is as it describes itself and decided to give it a try. I am 51 years old, 5’7″ and have always weighed around 150 lbs. In the past 3 years my weight went up to 167 lbs, which I was not happy about at all! I have been struggling to get back down to my healthy target weight of 150 lbs.I started Yoli on August 9th and have followed it to a T. I am starting my last week of the “one month transformation”. Although I have not lost as much as other on this plan, I am very pleased with my results thus far. I have lost 8 lbs but more importantly several inches! I am starting to fit back into clothes that I have not wore for a couple of years. This is just what I needed to help me break the pattern that I have been on for so long!

Saves about $60 from ordering from the website. Sans being able to pick your passion flavor. I usually like them all. But received berry twice already. Might try a third order, but if I get berry again I may just eat the $60.

Just opened the kit upon delivery only to find absolutely zero instructions or literature on how/when to use all the stuff. Years ago, the kit came with step by step info and food options which helped tremendously. I used to carry that little pamphlet everywhere. This kit costs way too much to “figure it out alone”. Include the instructions please! Otherwise, all of this is going back.
