    Contains caffeine

    I mean, I guess it’s ok that they added green tea to this supplement but why not disclose that prominently? Green tea and ashwagandha, as it happens. A real cocktail or potpourri of ingredients — make sure and read the list carefully and make sure you want all that it contains. The caffeine is especially irksome because that is a known bladder irritant which might be the opposite of what you are looking for. Made in the USA, which some will appreciate it.

    So while I have not yet tried the supplement, I wanted to make a difference in my health routine.     Great Supplement for Gut Health

    These probiotics are easy to take and it helps with getting your gut healthier. I haven’t experienced any issues taking these and I do feel like I have a bit more energy after taking it for some time. I’ve always struggled with good gut health and I feel like these probiotics are helping a little with things down there. Price is fair for the amount you get. It may be worth a shot to try this product if you are looking for something to feed your gut at a decent price point.

    Well-rounded probiotic formula, but not one I can personally useThis women’s probiotic has a thoughtfully designed probiotic blend with 15 billion CFU and 13 individually identified strains. I appreciate that the manufacturer provides the specific strain designations rather than only listing the bacterial species. It also includes prebiotic ingredients such as Jerusalem artichoke root and organic acacia, along with cranberry, vitamin C, and zinc.One thing I noticed when reviewing the label is that the 15 billion CFU is stated at the time of manufacture rather than through the expiration date. I also would have preferred to see the amount of each individual probiotic strain rather than only the combined total.The formula does contain several additional ingredients, including 50 mg of ashwagandha, 6 mg of D-mannose, and green tea extract. I personally chose not to take this product because it contains ashwagandha, so I cannot comment on how well it works for me or how I tolerate it. Because of that, I don’t want to make claims about its effectiveness based solely on the ingredient list.From a formulation standpoint, I think the probiotic portion is the strongest feature, particularly the number of named strains and the 15-billion-CFU total. I just wish the supporting ingredients were a little more focused and that the probiotic amounts were more transparent.

    I like the approach MIHIYO took with this one. Instead of being just another “take a probiotic for your gut” capsule, this formula is aimed specifically at women and combines 14 probiotic strains providing 15 billion CFU with cranberry, D-mannose, prebiotics and ashwagandha. The idea is to support the vaginal microbiome while also giving some attention to urinary and digestive health. That’s a pretty ambitious little capsule!The 14 strains and 15 billion CFU are a nice starting point, and I especially like seeing the prebiotic fiber actually identified as organic acacia and artichoke rather than simply calling it a mysterious “prebiotic blend.” There’s 100 mg of it per serving, which is not a huge amount, but the concept makes sense…probiotics provide the bacteria while prebiotics provide something for beneficial bacteria to work with.The cranberry and D-mannose combination is probably what will catch most women’s attention. They’re commonly used in urinary-health products, although I would keep expectations realistic. They may be useful as part of a daily wellness routine, but I wouldn’t consider this a treatment for a UTI or assume that taking more will prevent one. A probiotic supplement also isn’t a substitute for getting an actual infection checked out.I also find the addition of ashwagandha interesting. It makes this more of an overall wellness formula rather than a strictly feminine probiotic. The formula is shelf-stable too, so there’s no refrigerator taking up valuable real estate, and the 30 capsules make this a simple once-a-day, one-month supply.What I like most is that this isn’t trying to convince me that one capsule is going to magically solve every problem a woman could possibly have. It’s better viewed as a convenient daily supplement that combines several ingredients people commonly look for in one bottle. If someone specifically wants a women’s probiotic that goes beyond basic digestive support and includes cranberry, D-mannose and prebiotics, this is a pretty well-rounded option.     Gentle on the stomach

    As with any probiotic, it’s important to remember these don’t work overnight. Consistency is key to seeing long-term benefits. This one packs in a lot of ingredients, and coming up on my 30 days of use, I can say it hasn’t upset my stomach at all, which is a plus. I do believe it’s doing what it’s supposed to, but personally, I think I’ll stick with my usual gummy probiotic since I prefer the other ingredients it includes. If you’re looking for a capsule option with a robust ingredient list, this one is worth considering. It just wasn’t my personal favorite format.

    I am taking the MIHIYO Women’s Probiotics as they are stated to provide urinary tract support and I have a bladder sling and medication so I hope the probiotics will keep me functioning in good health. This supplement also includes cranberry and D-Mannose, which I do believe they work for me as I include these also in my daily urinary tract support. This brand has multi-strain probiotics, about 14 diverse strains with 15 billion CFU to support my digestive and familiar health. This formula states it is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free which matches my preference for non-dairy products. The daily capsule is easy to swallow, no upset digestion, and I take it along with my other vitamins and supplements. I think the price is in the high range for me. It states it has been third-party tested. The manufacturer website has the certification document on its website and the location is in the USA.     At 47, I’ve realized how important it is to take care of my overall health, especially gut, urinary, and women’s health. I love that this is just one easy-to-swallow capsule a day.
