I wanted to give this a try for a few days before reviewing. I would say it works. It definitely helped with digestive support and left me feeling lighter by the end of the cleanse. The combination of dietary fiber, probiotics, and natural ingredients like senna leaf and hawthorn berry seemed to do the trick without causing any harsh side effects. I appreciate that it’s gentle yet effective. Everyone’s body is different. So yes, you poop and it clears you out – but you’re not going to lose 5 pounds in a week. Best to try this with a good workout regimen as well. I’d use it again when needed.

This was a really nice cleanse that helped reduce the bloat and excess from holiday eating while not causing stomach pain and discomfort. When you look at most colon cleanse supplements, you come across artificial ingredients that help promote the digestion. What caught my eye about this cleanse is the clean the ingredient list, and the fact that it has probiotic strains too. Although I felt no difference on the first day, starting from the second, I could feel my digestion regulating and easing, although it did come with some gas that my family members had to put up with. But overall, I feel less bloated and more regular. I plan to take a break, as the bottle suggests, and do it again.
