I haven’t taken this long enough to comment on the quality, but following the bottle’s instructions (20 minutes before a meal) initially gave me headaches, likely from the lemon triggering my acid reflux. Taking it with a meal and a full glass of water resolved the issue. Plus, there’s no fishy smell, aftertaste, or fish burps!

Not sure where they are actually made
We bought these 7 times in the past. After watching a video of the problems with the fish oil industry I decided to check on these to see if the are actually made in the USA. There support email address comes back undelivered and the website request for help was never answered. It looks like the main office is in some building with a unit number.

They are lowering the amounts of Omega 3, DHA and EPA. Look elsewhere.
They are basically the same except the Omega 3, DHA and EPA levels are now lower. Omega 3 is lower by 500mg, DHA is lower by 300mg, and EPA is lower by 200mg. Rip off, not worth the money. I am going to have to look for something else now which sucks because I have been buying this brand for a long time now.
