The solubility is very good. It mixes easily with just a quick shake, although like most creatine monohydrate powders, a small amount can settle at the bottom if you let it sit for a few minutes. Took this on the recommendation of my doctor, was relieved to find a cost effective alternative to the vitamin store. Happy to say it’s relatively tasteless and dissolves well though it does thicken up beverages a bit. I put it in my coffee and tea and it doesn’t bother me a bit. So far I do think I feel a difference in my energy level and muscle endurance.

Great product, needs better scooper
Product has been great. Been having mental clarity, more crisp and efficient workouts, less fatigue and brain fog.Packaging could be improved. The scooper is like 1 inch long and when it gets low it’s hard to scoop out. Make a longer scooper please and thanks.

A full 60 servings of the good stuff.
This stuff is great. For the people who say there is not 60 servings – yes there are. The problem is, one scoop is NOT 1 serving, it’s actually almost 2. I weighed a full scoop, and it was 8-9 grams of creatine, so I started taking just over a half scoop for a serving, and it’s worked out just fine. Come on people…..if you want to know, just weigh the stuff. It’s not that hard.
