I really think I must have been very deficient and vitamin B because just having taken this for a short time I’m already seeing an increase in my energy. I had heard from someone that if you have migraines that if you take this two different times a day, it may relieve your migraines, but I have only noticed the energy and how much better I feel since taking this. I would say this has very good side effects and the pills are not too big to take. In fact they’re very small in comparison to some of the ones that I take. The bottle does not say where these are made, which I am not a fan of. It does look like I expected a B vitamins to look like and the capsules size was average, maybe a bit small and easier to swallow. Absorbed well. Easy to use. B2 can help with energy.

I notice that I have more energy and have had no issues with digestion or an upset stomach.Getting 120 capsules at this price is a great value.This came with over 18 months until it expired.
