I love this creatine!! Very easy to use. It mixes and dissolves great in water and is Great tasting and is effective in picking me up in the morning. The price is very affordable.

Quirky product
It’s funny that there’s almost no marketing angle on this drink stick when you’d expect something like “Daily creatine for women that supports strength, energy, hydration, and urinary tract wellness.” Whether all of those claimed benefits are equally supported by evidence is a separate question lol but boy has Wellah made this longtime bodybuilder supplement look soft and feminine. The evidence is mixed, but creatine may help preserve muscle function, and some studies suggest small benefits to lean mass even without exercise. Some studies also suggest, again without regular exercise, improvements in muscle performance and fatigue resistance. So good news! If you are a woman who wants to check out creatine but don’t want to get bulky, you can’t get bulky without trying to get bulky.This is not a micronized creatine. Do not expect the entire stick to blend into your water bottle. But just because the solubility sucks doesn’t mean it’s bad. Almost all the other ingredients dissolve in water. The flavor is nice but too sweet bc d-mannose is really sweet on its own plus there’s stevia. (Be aware that the amount of d-mannose in a serving isn’t enough to cause a laxative effect but it is enough to give you some sugar alcohol-induced gas if your stomach is sensitive. But I did not experience any cramping from this blend.) The flavor is more strawberry than lemonade, sadly. If anyone from Wellah R&D is reading our silly reviews, please, more lemon!I have no idea why creatine is the main selling point here or why it’s mixed with supplement ingredients for the urinary tract, but they don’t seem to get in the way of each other, and the stick is convenient to have if you’re traveling and prone to UTIs.

So far so good, tastes good. Texture is good, easy to add to my water. I like that they are individually packed for travel also helps to stay consistent. Cannot speak for noticeable effects because I just started drinking it (2 weeks) so unable to give a real review on effectiveness.
