I have been using creatine for quite a number of years, so I couldn’t pass up a peach flavored one.PROS:~ A women owned company with made for women products.~ The 3g dosage is within the therapeutic range for those looking to add or preserve muscle tissue.~ D-mannose and cranberry extract help manage and prevent UTIs — a plausible concern since creatine increases hydration demands.~ Dandelion extract is a natural diuretic that can help offset any excess water retention.~ Folate for cell growth support.~ The scoop actually doses out 3g. I have had other companies give out scoops that did not match the dosage size.~ The powder mixes well into liquid. There was no clumping or grittiness.~ The ingredients are clean — nothing weird in there.~ The peach mango complements most other flavors, such as fruity electrolyte drinks as well as vanilla and chocolate protein powders, so it works great mixed into other flavored drinks.~ It is made in an NSF certified, GMP-compliant facility and is third party tested — so if you are a competitive athlete you don’t need to fear taking something you shouldn’t.~ The price is reasonable. A delicious way to get creatine monohydrate into your diet.
This peach/mango powder is fantastic!! Really delicious!! And you can actually taste mango and peach—not some chemical faking of those flavors. It also contains cranberry extract. You will need a magnifying glass to read the directions. But the gist is just use 1 scoop ( the scoop is provided ) a day in a glass of water. However, you can just as easily use it in a smoothy or mixed with juice. This powder is a good source of creatine . It is marketed as a source of creatine monohydrate. If you are a fa of the flavors peach or mango you are going to love this powder. However,keep in mind the directions warn to stick to the recommended dose. This is not a product you can pig out on –much as you might want to. It is a source of health ingredients and should be used as directed–1 scoop once a day. I guarantee you’ll look forward to the daily drink.

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This is a pretty well known company in the supplement health product space often aimed at women’s health. This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common.Given that there are a lot of health recommendations that seem to be adding creatine supplementation to people’s daily routine for men and women for physical and mental, it seemed like a good time to look into some more pleasant options for more creatine in the diet.I will note there was a very strange situation where the product arrived with the outer plastic seal around the cap intact and without evidence of spillage but somehow the inner seal was already ripped open. I’m not sure if this was a processing/production error or someone somehow returned one and resealed it personally somehow but very strange situation. I have tried plenty of other products from this company and never seen that before but it was easy to check in about the situation. Admittedly somehow it didn’t leak out even though the inner seal was open.This actually tastes very pleasant, with the peach mango flavor coming through. It recommends 1 scoop for 6-10 oz which I would say probably go for around 8 oz or more to make sure it’s not too sweet. That said, it is sweetened with stevia so at least you aren’t loading up on a crazy amount of refined sugar or anything. That is also something to keep in mind if you don’t like stevia. I know many people have issues with artificial sugars but I personally find stevia fine and seems to attract the least negative issues of most of the ones out there.One thing I would point out is that the daily recommended 1 scoop provides 3 g of creatine which is around the lower end of daily recommended dose which is perfectly fine but I do usually more often see recommendations for daily dosing closer to 5g. Value wise, this is priced relatively similar to other flavored options, maybe a little more if you compare the 3g to 5g dosing. They report 50 servings although it would be less if you try to get closer to the 5g dosing.Unflavored is much less expensive but obviously less pleasant for many people, haha.It also comes with folate 100% recommended daily portion, as well as dandelion, Uva Ursi, cranberry extract which I am less familiar with.Solidly meets all expectations. I think this would be an especially good product to get people who are new to creatine or less enthusiastic about trying it to start with a tasty drinking option.

Delicious way to supplement creatine
This is a delicious way to supplement creatine! It is like having a dessert after a workout. The peach mango flavor is so good. I’ve tried several Wellah products and the flavor is always delicious. One serving only has 3 grams of creatine which is less than some others. I might take 2 servings so it is closer to the 5 grams I’ve seen in other creatine supplements. This is very sweet and could be added to much more water than 6-10 ounces to still add a little flavor to water and get the benefits of the creatine. I’m surprised that this only gram of carbohydrates. Stevia is a very effective sweetener. This dissolves very quickly and easily in water.

Enjoyable creatine supplement without artificial sweeteners or colors
The Wellah Creatine in Peach Mango has an enjoyable sweet and sour peach-mango taste. The flavor reminds me of the Wellah clear protein powders that I’ve tried.The suggested use is to mix with 6 to 10 ounces of water in a shaker bottle. I mix mine with 10 ounces and the flavor is still concentrated. It mixes well.Each serving has 3 grams of creatine monohydrate. I usually try to supplement 5 grams per day, but anywhere from 3 to 5 grams is considered a standard maintenance dose.I appreciate that the Wellah creatine is sweetened with natural sugar substitutes (Reb M (from Stevia extract), Stevia, and Monk Fruit extract) and uses Beta Carotene and Beet Root Powder for color.I look for 3rd-party testing in any product labeled as a supplement. Although Wellah is a well-recognized brand and their creatine is made and quality tested in the USA (using globally sourced ingredients), there is no indication of independent, 3rd-party testing.

Very tasty flavor
My husband uses Wellah creatine a lot, and I have recently gotten into using it on days when I’m going to be very active, or when my brain just doesn’t feel like it is working right. So far, we have not tried a flavor we haven’t liked from Wellah (in both creatine and their other products), and this peach mango is especially delicious. It is sweet and refreshing when mixed with cold water. It has a lower dose (3g) than the 5g my husband usually takes, but it is perfect for me. The jar came well-sealed, but it did have some hard clumps, like moisture had gotten in. None of the other powdered supplements we’ve tried from Wellah have had this problem. However, it doesn’t seem to have affected it in any way. It dissolves easily in cold water with just stirring. I add it to 16 oz. of water and the taste is perfect. I’ve taken it several times already on days when I need a boost, and it does seem to give me more energy. I haven’t had any stomach issues or other negative side effects from taking it.
