These seem like a nice batch of probiotics. I mainly have them on hand for others of my household to try as I’m not one to swallow pills. But some of my family prefer pills, so I got these. Haven’t had any try them yet, but I think they’ll be okay, though in my opinion they’re a bit large. But that’s me…they’re actually probably more like regular capsule size.Inside each clear capsule you can see the probiotic powder inside. Interestingly, I smell yogurt when I open the bottle.I know that it can be hard to actually pinpoint if things like this actually benefit one, but I actually have had good results with taking probiotics and I believe that they have had good health benefits for me, like helping my acid reflux.
