These come as medium capsules filled with pure white, very fine powder. No discernable odor, flavor or after taste. The dosage requires multiple capsules depending on how high of a dose that you’re going for.I’ve seen a lot about this on social media but I’m still not actually sure what the acute effects are supposed to be, if any, but I’ve seen enough people recommend it that I’m buckled in for the foreseeable future. I’ve heard NMN is more useful to the body than NAD if it’s not being injected but I know there’s still a lot of uncertainty about the best form to use.So far I’m not sure I’ve seen meaningful effects. It may have improved my energy levels but I really can’t say for sure. If my gray hairs go away or I develop superpowers then I’ll come back and preach the good word.

Great choice in NAD supplement
I’m a huge proponent of NAD supplements. I do believe that they make a difference and I do believe they are the reason why despite having going through everything I’ve gone through with domestic violence and everything else and having my nose broken twice as a result, I still look so much younger than my peers in my age group, which is 44+ age group.It’s small little things like taking supplements like these that make the biggest difference in our skin, our health, everything about us, and if you haven’t gotten onto the whole bandwagon of taking supplements for beauty, this is the one that I would recommend. I did not have great results, probably because of my thyroid, concerning taking collagen and all of those other things because they had adverse effects for me, but the NAD supplements are awesome and this one is definitely a game changer and I highly recommend it. Because you take it as a pill, the results are almost immediately noticeable because anything applied top is gonna take forever, but if you’re applying it by taking it by mouth for some reason in my experience, it transforms everything you’re not only need to after the age of 40, be applying certain creams and serums to your face, but also taking supplements such as these and your multivitamin is not gonna cut it. NAD is proven NAD is trustworthy and this by all means it’s one of the better supplements I found.
