Good Quality And Super Value

I’ve been using this product for less than a month now so I’m not sure what the effects might be yet. But I can tell you that from a health aspect Ceylon cinnamon has the best effects on your health, but like most natural remedies it takes a fair amount of time to notice.So, Ceylon cinnamon in a gelatin tablet will offer you no flavor really, but the occasional taste is possible. Again Ceylon cinnamon is reputed to help with blood sugar, cholesterol, and to fight both infection and inflammation.And being a small gelatin tablet it is super easy to take, just a quick swallow.Would I buy this again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

300 Soft gel Ceylon cinnamon supplements: With a doctor’s okay I take Ceylon cinnamon so I was excited to find these soft gels when I saw these and had to get them. This package of soft gels arrived in a resealable foil pouch that is easy to open and reseal with a ziplock top. The package clearly states metabolae cinnamon 7200 mg equivalent with MCT oil bioavailable, gluten-free, gmo-free, lab tested and high potency with pictures of the soft gels cinnamon sticks, coconut, and a pile of ground cinnamon. Directions on the back are serving size: one capsule of 600 mg Ceylon cinnamon extract cinnamomum verum, bark 12:! MCT oil from coconut in a soft gel. The soft gels also consist of gelatin, glycerin and purified water. It suggests to take these soft gels with water and a meal. These soft gels are small, easy to swallow and amber in color. They are gentle on the stomach and I have had no experience with any aftertaste or other effects. Ceylon cinnamon benefits are blood sugar support to help improve insulin sensitivity and maintain normal blood sugar glucose levels making it a popular type 2 diabetes management. Ceylon cinnamon is rich in active compounds like cinnamaldehyde that helps reduce system inflammation and oxidative stress. It may also assist in weight management and may assist in lowering blood pressure and managing lipid or cholesterol levels.It will take a little more time to fully assess the effect of the capsules but so far I’m loving them.

Fails to meet FDA packaging requirements
It is immediately noticeable that this packaging does not meet FDA regulations by failing to note the name and place of business of the manufacturer, distributor, or packager. Based on that, I am not willing to ingest it and cannot recommend this product to anyone else.However, out of respect for the review process I did open the packaging. This product arrives as a sealed foil pouch. It is easy to open, but there is an immediate though not overwhelming stale gelatin smell, almost like rancidity. My best guess is maybe some of the gelcaps were not fully formed or leaked during shipping. The individual gel tablets are very firm and could be difficult to swallow for some – I think it’s a stretch to call them softgels based on how hard each one is. My pack had a manufacture date of July 2026 with an expiratin of July 2028, but because of the other package labeling issues, I find myself not really trusting that, either. The capsules are also made of animal gelatin, so these are also not vegan friendly.Overall – any other cinnamon supplement will be safer and a batter value. I would not order these again and cannot recommend that anyone else purchase this, regardless of price.
