This has a lot of other good I gredients I already Take, so an even better value, and more convenient.I think It’s effective . No , this is a long haul one.The gel caps are nice and small and somewhat round . Very similar to what I was Taking before. I’ve played around with very cheap to somewhat expensive and I honestly Could never tell the difference.There is no smell or taste that I could tell. They are small and smooth, so easy to swallow. And I’ve had no. Noticeable side effects since switching . So I find Then easy to take and easy to fit in my pill case. So, pretty convenient . Pro’s:Between the two capsules the company lists as a daily dose, 500 mg is in the higher range. There does not seem to be an actual maximum dose for Co Q 10 so this is very safe.I like that the dose is two separate capsules so you can split it up if you fell 250 mg works best for you.The soft gel filler is olive oil which is a good upgrade over the cheap omega 6 oils a lot of supplements use.There are decent supporting supplements but they are in small amounts.The pricing is very competitive.Con’s:Ubiquinone so not ubiquinol which would be the pre converted version of Q10, but that helps keep the price down I would think.The low price actually worries me a bit – how can they sell this so cheap and my biggest question – where is this sourced from?

Seems like a decent value
There are 60 servings of two softgel capsules in this container, and at the time of the order, it was $9.99, so it’s a decent bargain. The strength is on the high side at 500mg per serving, so that makes it a little better deal. Typical dosages that I’ve noticed are 100-500mg. Of course, higher quantities are usually more economic, but this seems like a good place to start rather than paying more for a 30-day supply, or buying a 300 day supply without knowing if you’ll continue to take them. I’m pretty happy with these. They look like any other, and they seem very fresh and were not stuck together, and they also had a desiccant pack in the bottle. The packaging looks professional and they come in a very dark bottle to protect them from light exposure. I should mention also, I was looking at other reviews to be aware of other concerns, and one of them said that there was no expiration date listed on the bottle. I did find an expiration date, but it’s very hard to see. It’s on the bottom of the dark bottle, printed in black ink, with a typical dot matrix look to it, and it’s a couple of years away, so that’s nothing out of the ordinary. I’ve had no adverse reactions after taking them for a while, and I’m satisfied with the other included ingredients as well. Thanks for letting me try these out.
