Excellent Product from VIVI YOUTH.
I have been trying various magnesium supplements over the last few months trying to find the one that works for me, and so far, the VIVI YOUTH supplement is the best. The powders that you mix into liquid make it just too hard to get the exact amount of magnesium that works for me, so I prefer the capsules. These seem to absorb very quickly, and I am able to relax in the evenings and fall asleep faster, not to mention get a better night’s sleep. The 120 capsule bottles will give you two months of this supplement and the value for the pricing is definitely there. I have ordered a number of other VIVI Youth products, and I have always been more than happy with them. Highly recommend for the quality and the value in the pricing.

Easy to take
These pills are easy to take and are a consistant quality. The shells are well made and have zero taste, which actually, the pill as a whole doesn’t have a bad taste. As with most supplements, the effects that you see are few and far between, especially if you take a bunch of them as I do. My wife on the other hand has had digestive issues for years and these actually seem to help her. Though I cannot say for certain about the effects of these pills, the quality and control are good which can be hard to find in some of the supplements out there.

Good, Straightforward Magnesium Supplement
Lately there’s been some kind of a movement away from magnesium citrate to magnesium glycinate and I personally don’t like it! I have been taking magnesium citrate for years and find it to be a wonderful aid to relaxing before and during sleep, very helpful with any muscle cramping, and also, very importantly, gently helping with regular poops.I’ve been taking a GLP1 and lack of movement has become a more common problem for me and nightly magnesium citrate has been a lifesaver.Something that I like about this particular supplement is that the only active ingredient is magnesium citrate. That simplifies things a lot! Supplements these days seem to have everything but the kitchen sink in them, but this one eases my mind with it simplicity.The capsules seem to be about the same size as other magnesium capsules I’ve taken. They are doable, but I’m starting to lean towards wanting everything in gummy form.At 120 capsules and two per day that should last you two months.I would say overall, this is a very good, straightforward product.

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This product states that it is NSF 3rd party tested and actually has a Certificate of Analysis listed for the contamination testing (they indicate the whole report can be requested). But generally that is a very good sign. I couldn’t find the stated location of production although the distribution company seems to be in the US but the registered owner is from China. That gives a little pause but the testing information makes me feel better about that overall.The product recommended serving size is 2 which gives 60 doses. This provides 230 mg of Mg which is 55% daily recommended.They are easy to take and I didn’t notice any unpleasant reactions or side effects so far. I often have a hard time being able to tell if there is a direct effect from supplements but it is supposed to be helpful for calm and sleep. Also if you take vitamin D supplementing with Mg can be helpful.Overall seems like a solid product, solid value from a company that is more transparent about testing information.

I primarily use magnesium to maintain regularity. As I get older, I experience more challenges in keeping things moving smoothly. This magnesium citrate product works perfectly for me, without causing any cramping or unexpected issues. I have also observed a positive change in my sleep patterns. This particular dosage of magnesium citrate appears to be ideal for my needs. The pills are somewhat large, so I need to take them individually. Pros:- the contents of the pills are very clear and straight to the point with 230mg of magensium- each of the pill is pretty full so avoid opening it if you don’t want to spill around- the dose of 2 pills per day gets you as long as 2 months of continuous usage- the pills seem to be GMP tested in 3rd party labs (though hard to track that down)- the pills are easily to swallow- good safety seal helping avoid accidental openingCons:- I wouldn’t it relaxes the muscles and most of the advertisement on the package is nothing more than that
