always tough to review vitamins – or any dietary supplements to be bluntwhy…because anything you eat is somewhat taken on faithfaith that it has the stuff inside that’s claimedfaith that it’ll be effective for youfaith that the effectiveness will be noticable and beneficialfaith that it’s actually DOING somethingall that said, I eat like most people…somewhat worse than I should – relatively healthy but mostly just macronutrients – thankfully there are vitamins to keep things balancedhere you’ve got b2 riboflavin (flavin flav), and magnesium…plus CoQ10 (which is a new one for me)…apparently an anti-oxidentand without trying to sound smarter than I am…remember that there are only 3 things that ‘eat’ us – obviously anything actually eating you (animals, funguses, molds)…UV rays (technically not eating but definitely destroying)…and OXYGEN – we live on an oxygen planet and if you hadn’t heard oxygen burns things (lots of molecular stuff going on which I’d sound dumb trying to say…but suffice to say that oxygen binds with pretty much everything (except for noble gases and some exceptions)…so you’re being ‘eaten’ alive every moment you’re alive – thankfully our skin produces oils which helps keep the oxygen awayI read a story once where muriatic acid just removes the oil layer and the pain you feel is oxygen – so antioxidants are compounds which help the body not be as eaten by oxygen – crazy that we breathe this stuff too – getting eaten from the inside outso good stuff in hereme, personally, I tend to take half doses – for a couple of reasons – read once that we expel (out the back side) almost 20-30 percent of undigested materials…gets wrapped up and the bacteria cannot get to it – if that’s the case you also don’t absorb everything – so it seems more financially prudent to slowly, over time, increase your levelsbut as with anything dietary and/or health related you should absolutely be talking with your medical professionals – one they need to know what you’re taking to best care for you – and two they may be more honest with you than someone trying to SELL you something…like for example; oh you’re a vegetarian you absolutely get ‘all you need’ of this vitamin and may be wasting your time/effort – I am not a vegetarian but do know they can be deficient in some things – my point here is to talk to your doctors and ensure stuff you take is for good reason and with good purposesure every claim in the world makes things touted to be the best ever – what’s the phrase, caveat emptor (buyer beware)Now if you read any of my reviews you’ll find that I love gummies – it’s a treat for taking your vitamins – these aren’t gummies so they’ll have no taste – unless you let them dissolve in your mouth (I am not testing that one)as for swallowing this will differ by age group and physical conditions – like for me I looked up at a monitor for so many years my neck has a speedbump in it – and I’ve read that as you age your neck inside tends to tighten up – so stretch those necks – for me, even with my neck problems (also had cancer surgery and an esophagectomy) I’m still able to water swallow bulk quantities of pillsso not much to say about that – if you’ve swallowed pills before then you know

It contains the right combination
Tough review and I will be very candid. The supplements that this contains are “in my opinion” and based on my very extensive ressearch, definitely excellent supplements. I just learned about Magnesium Glycinate and for me, it’s an absolute game changer. I recommended it to a friend who also has seen benefits from Magnesium Glycinate (it’s important to note that there are different types of Magnesium with similiar names and I’m referring strictly to the one called Glycinate). Here is the problem that I have in giving this review. To the best of my knowledge supplements aren’t regulated and there is no way to know if the stated strengths are valid, there is also no information, that I could find, as to where these are sourced. Supplements are often a bit of gamble as to the true ingredients and strengths. I definitely recommend that you do your own research and speak to your provider. The combination of ingredients is stellar, but I can’t speak to the sourcing or the contents. Recommendation, please do your research.

I wouldn’t trust these, no address per FDA labelling
Hello, I got this for free along with the other Vine reviewers. I can’t trust these to put into my body and I suggest you don’t either. There is a number and a City, but no street name, this does not meet FDA requirement.I couldn’t find (please look at everyone’s pictures) any address on the labeling that the FDA requires on supplements for safety. Quoting the FDA website FAQ:”Section 403(y) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. 343(y)) requires the label of a dietary supplement being marketed in the United States to include “a domestic address or domestic phone number through which the responsible person … may receive a report of a serious adverse event with such dietary supplement.” If the label does not include the required domestic address or phone number, the dietary supplement is misbranded.”

Effective- felt results after just a few days of taking these; I slept better, felt more focused and less fatigued, my nails felt stronger and less prone to breakage, and I just felt overall better. Worth trying out for yourself; in my opinion these are great quality and great value.

I currently take both Magnesium and CoQ10 as separate pills so finding a supplement that combines both plus adds Vitamin B2 is a plus! The vegan capsules are larger than I prefer but no larger than my current pills so this makes it easier to take. You take 2 a day which means you have a 2 month supply in this bottle. I appreciate that because keeping up with everything takes a lot of energy.

Vitamin B2 Riboflavin with Magnesium & CoQ10
This supplement arrived with the clear plastic seal around the cap of the bottle. However, once I opened the cap the safety seal was opened and there was no cotton which is typically included inside of the supplement bottles. I cannot take this to properly evaluate since it arrived without the safety seal.
