Great ingredient List! I ordered these to take as a vegan multi-vitamin because these contain several vitamins that vegans don’t easily come by–B12, Iodine, D3, Iron, and Zinc. That’s covering a lot of ground when it comes to the 6-7 supplements that vegans generally need to add to their diets. The slight catch here is that these gummies are vegetarian , not vegan, but I feel that have to consider my health when it comes to supplements and make some allowances.The gummies taste ok. They are not the best tasting gummies that I’ve tried, but considering all of the vitamins you are getting here, I think they are fine.Recommended…

The thimble-shaped gummies are advertised as just “berry” flavor, and true to their word, they taste like non-descript berries, pretty typical (and not saying it is in any particular way bad).The 60 gummies in the bottle yield 30 servings, each of which delivers…Vitamins A, C at 50% and 42% respectively of recommended daily values, which are pretty good amountsVitamins B3, B6, B7, B9, B12, D3 and E at levels equal to or exceeding 100% of DV, which are absolutely excellentIron, iodine and zinc at 44%, 76% and 29% respectively of DV’s, which are also very goodPerhaps the only important nutrient missing is calcium. The bottle lists an expiration date of just 1.5 years beyond the order date, which is somewhat below average, but the abundant nutrients and the low price of $13 as of this writing more than make up for these minor shortcomings. I rate this five stars.

Non-compliant with FDA regulations … questionable company
This has a very sweet berry flavor with a heavy vitamin aftertaste. Each bottle contains a 30-day supply.I have been using this for about a week. It is hard to know if it has made a difference. I take a number of supplements and it is always hard to tell if any single one of them is making a huge difference. I can say that I have not had any negative side effects from using this.The bottle opening had a seal that was intact. It has a childproof cap.I wanted to double check the cost and these are no longer available. This always makes me a bit leery … kinda like the snake oil/fly by night feeling.There is an expiration date on the jar. I will use the product before the expiration date as it is good for 2y3m.Per FDA, a complete address is required to be on the bottle. They only have city and state of the distributor. These are made in Israel.
