Capsules were fused together
I have ordered this item several times before with no issue. But this time the capsules were fused together (probably because of heat) so that I could not get any out of the bottle. Lot 31214.I have received a replacement order.

Latest bottle came in a big clump, total waste of money
I’ve used and really liked this product for the last couple of years, but the last order came with all the capsules stuck together. They must have gotten so hot somewhere in transport that they all stuck and fused together. I wanted to return them because the content can’t be any good anymore after getting so heated and damaged, but of course, no returns allowed. A decent manufacturer and a decent seller would gladly offer a refund on these with proof, because they are giving so many of their customers a defective product. I would give 1 star on this except I really like the combo of VK+D+A with fish oil, so it would be great if the seller got on here and said plainly, we fixed the shipping issue and will refund ruined bottles. Then I’d go back to buying it from them. Otherwise, buh-bye jerks.

Great Product, but last two bottles were concreted capsules
This is a great product and raised my vitamin D level like it should. My level was way below normal. I took it everyday until it was up in the higher range and then switched to now I take it three times a week. My concern and low rating is how I have received my last two shipments. Each shipment of bottles arrived with all the capsules concreted together.
