Great single vitamin D3 supplement in extra small casing
This Vitamin D3 supplement of 4000 IU’s by EcoIntegratives isa Great single vitamin D3 supplement in an extra small casing. I’m very pleased with this standalone vitamin D3 in a slightly high dosage for daily use but right on if in need of overcoming some illnesses. It was nice to see a product come with an easy to read guide about the product. It is hard nowadays to know what the right dosage is of many supplements, my research says 2000 IU’s is the best level so these are slightly higher than recommendations but are lower than what most are setting the dosage at. As I am not fighting any sicknesses right now I’ll take these every other day or so and will be glad to have them on the shelf if I get an illness. 5 Star!

I only need to take it about once a week to keep my blood work vitamin D levels up where they belong.This product is GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures). That means it is made in an FDA certified, clean, safe, hygenic facility. That is the first thing that I look for and I will not take any supplement that does not have this certification.This product has earned GMP status.

EcoIntegratives- I’m very impressed with this brand. They package your supplement with an easy to read and follow information sheet about your product. I honestly learned so much about vitamin D3 in less than 5 minutes time. Very appreciated! This is a brand that is bout their business. Everything about my bottle of D3 screams high quality…what I admire most is the brands commitment to transparency and accountability as well as making sure their customers are knowledgeable and informed about what it is they are putting into their bodies. These things tell me that they care for their customers. This is gonna be a hard one to beat even with all the other brands out there. I almost feel like I’ve been settling when it comes to past brands of supplements I’ve purchased and used, I take that back, I’ve clearly been settling. EcoIntegratives just changed the game for me. I have started taking these as advised by my doctor for very low levels of D3 after becoming concerned about some issues with my feet and legs. Use with caution
I had low Vitamin D previously in blood work. I had finished what they prescribed and the next set of blood work was good. It has been a while though and i felt like my vitamin D was getting low again, so i got these. I do like that you don’t need a prescription to purchase these. The price is decent for not having to go to a pharmacy.I will say though with that i wouldn’t take these as a daily supplement unless the dosage was prescribed for you. The only way to really tell if these are officially working is through changes in blood work. These have not been approved by the FDA so you have to make that judgement. I will admit i was a little scared and skeptical of taking something that hasn’t been evaluated. Just use your better judgement based on what you know and what you need. I wouldn’t take these everyday maybe once a week with other regular daily vitamins.They have no taste. I used water with them so I’m not sure if they dissolved quickly or not. I couldn’t honestly tell a difference in energy levels, also depends on you and your diet or needs. Health benefits could probably only be determined by blood work to sum it all up.

This vitamin D supplement is an excellent choice for anyone looking to add it to their diet. I especially appreciate that it contains no unnecessary ingredients or fillers, and the capsules are vegetarian.The capsules are small and easy to swallow, each providing 4,000 IU of vitamin D. I haven’t experienced any aftertaste or side effects.With my doctor’s approval, I take it every other day, and he is pleased with my most recent blood work results.Considering the high quality of this product, I find the price to be very reasonable, and I plan to continue using this supplement regularly.

Very Easy to Swallow Vitamin D3, The Best Kind of Vitamin D
These little Vitamin D3 capsules are so cute and easy to swallow. They are so small that they can be challenging to pick up from a flat surface, but this just means they are very easy to swallow. They have no aftertaste and seem to be fine when taken on an empty stomach; although I try to pair them with a calcium supplement.The informational paper that arrives with the vitamin bottle states these are “vegan friendly” and not “vegan” and so it is not clear if this Cholecalciferol is made from Sheep’s Lanolin or from Lichen. If one is vegan, they may want to contact the company to know for sure, but as I am not vegan, I don’t see any issue with this being derived from Lanolin as is a common practice and it doesn’t harm sheep.
