No junk! Tastes good, not super soft.
I love that there are no artificial ingredients. No nasties as far as coloring. Tastes great like pineapple. Not difficult to chew but not super soft and squishy either- I would say 7 with 1 softest and 10 hard to chew. I have found family members take vitamins so much better (as far as more regularly) if they are presented with something that provides more of an immediate reward like a good tasting gummy. B vitamins are water soluble so you don’t need to take with food. At the suggestion of 2 daily, I am thinking it should be easy to get them in at different times to maximize on the availability. Also I like that with such high doses, it leaves the option to just take 1 along with a multi. So these are a bit versatile!As far as a b complex, this is missing thiamin and riboflavin so that is not the best if you think you are getting all of yr B vitamins in.
