I previously was taking L-glutamine for my gut health in powdered form but I couldn’t stand the taste so I stopped., but these capsules by nature of being capsules mask any negative taste that I might have.These capsules are only 500mg each and the protocol I previously used was 5mg 2x/day which is A LOT of capsules, but I suppose even a smaller dose in a tasteless capsule is more beneficial than me avoiding taking the supplement at all.I’ve used different supplements from Vitamatic as well and had good experiences with those as well. This also seems reasonably priced for a listed 90 day supply, especially from a GMP brand.
