Great product. I have definitely noticed a difference.
I’m new to religiously taking my probiotics. Like many others I wanted to invest in my gut biome for health. What I found after researching is there are certain probiotics that are not included in standard products or other varieties of probiotic blends that are helpful also for weight loss. This is one of them

This is great, I’ve been having issues with the bathroom and thanks to hemorrhoids I haven’t been doing well. I started taking this and I’m so regular now and has been soft so doesn’t irritate my hemorrhoids.

Supposed to make a big change in your gut health however when I stopped using it and just went to simple apple cider vinegar and lemon water my gut health improved immensely. These are not worth the money

A little weight loss trick
Once you start taking this you can feel the appetite suppression. It’s not dramatic but if you have a little will power definitely will reduce your consumption. Tolerated well and easy to take.

I deal with constipation on a daily basis and have used different brands of probiotics and will continue to try out different probiotics, till I find a formulation that will work for me and my constipation issues, this brand helped with that along with other supplements/ aids I take for that, but it did nothing for my weight or my appetite…. I think the GLP1 tag is misleading, the only supplement that is truly effective for sugar cravings/ appetite is high quality berberine (I’ve tried it and it works) unfortunately for me it also causes severe constipation
