B-12 Sublingual tablets
Vitamin B12 is important for the body for so many reasons. So, when I saw a sublingual dissolving tablet that I could ingest instead of having to swallow yet another supplement each day, I was very excited. They are a good flavor and they dissolve quickly, so they are very easy to take. They are a good value for the price, especially considering there are 90 tabs and only one recommended per day. I cannot say that I have noticed a significant increase in energy, but to be fair, I did get a cold about the time that I started these, so I need to allow more time for them to work. And, since there is a 3 month supply, I should have some time to notice the benefits. The manufacturer does note that they are “clean” and they list quite a long list of items that are not in this product, which is great, they are items I do not wish to be in my supplements. As for the lab testing they mention, I do not know how you get those results.

Perfect. I am no expert in health so can’t talk much about that. But the product itself was easy to digest, and the taste was quite good. Compared to other products, this product didn’t seem as expensive while also being beneficial as I did feel much better, from feeling more energetic and improve mood. I am not sure if improving mood is from the b12 but it seemed to be since I had it everyday ( Would recommend talking to DR if needed) so I would recommend it. The bottle itself also is good quality and not cheap plastic. overall it’s perfect. And if someone is wondering how to use it, its quite simple just take 1 tablet on ur tongue and its should dissolve quite simple to absorb.
